酒店服务非常优秀，本来订的今天双床房，看到我们是一家三口，马上主动帮我们升级到家庭房，真的是大晚上给了我们一个大惊喜！房间布置很温馨，孩子也非常喜欢！还赠送了一袋孩子们都爱吃的小零食！太感谢了！

设施：有些老，但都还好，满足要求。
衞生：很乾净
环境：周边小饭店很多，有地下和地面的停车场，地下车库还有充电桩。离地铁8号线和3号线都不远，到金鸡湖和阳澄湖都很方便。
服务:酒店服务很好，有问题能及时处理，提出表扬。

I booked 4 rooms at the Yitel trend with my friends and in the morning I had a taxi driver come to my door and demand payment, my friend couldn’t pay for the Didi taxi at the end of the night because standard charter bank was down for maintenance, the fee was 60￥. The taxi driver was allowed to watch the cctv by the hotel and then come up to my room when I wasn’t dressed and when I was trying to use my translate app to understand what he wanted, because I had no idea who he was, he tried to take my phone out of my hands. I think it shows a complete disregard for my safety and the safety of any other guest that my room number was given to a random man who could have attacked me. The fact that they could have rang the room to tell us about the situation shows no care for safety

家庭房：布局合理，三大一小无压力，洗澡水大，床舒服。
早餐：麪条好吃的，咖啡现磨的，其他一般
服务：态度不错～
大堂：空气清新，小童乐园很简单，但几个小朋友竟然玩的蛮开心
位置：去了金鸡湖＋阳澄湖半岛。金鸡湖推荐音乐喷泉，阳澄湖推荐比斯特，停车免费，像个欧洲小镇。离酒店都不远～

房间不错，虽然説国庆是贵了点，但总体来説入住体验还是很满意的，交通便利、房间乾净、服务也很热情，值得推荐！
