在携程上选了很久才挑中的很有苏州特色的酒店，虽然来的那天刮台风，但是酒店给我们升级了家庭套房，有欢迎水果，环境很美，晚上听着下雨声入睡很有江南的味道。因为台风的原因没有外卖，晚上酒店给我们免费提供了一些包子烧麦等餐点，早上也有早点呦，非常愉快的一次入住，感谢管家鹏鹏、佳颖、嘉怡和小曹！如果小院能增加洗衣机烘乾机就更好啦，哈哈??

客房虽不大，但乾净衞生，有个阳台，免费赠送古运河船票、水果，含早餐，免费停车，停车场距离住宿小院非常近，到拙政园、狮子林、博物馆本馆、平江路等网红打卡景点步行可至，性价比非常高。前台服务热情周到，一层大厅还有一只据説是开店元老级的喵星人，非常可爱，喜欢的可以撸撸，不怕人，非常温顺。

房间很大，订的是复式家庭房，有个小院，环境很好，主要是离平江路，拙政园太近了，步行就可以，酒店赠送的古运河船票，可以坐船夜游古运河，船上有苏州评弹。

古宅改造的特别有特色，意外的是免费升级了房间带了单独小院，利用小院特色跟闺女拍了美美的汉服照片，不用去景点挤， 闺女特别满意，早餐一人一份，一个人根本吃不了，地理位置非常棒，天气太热，可以趁早上去逛狮子林没有堵车的烦恼，晚上平江路拙政园都可以逛，非常感谢管家鹏鹏、佳颖、嘉怡和小曹，以後来苏州还会选择

小院的管家会提前联系（实名点赞一下管家鹏鹏、佳颖、嘉怡和小曹），加了微信，会发一些温馨提示和苏州文旅的推送，很贴心，还可以留言告诉管家早餐的用餐时间。 位置离拙政园和平江路都很近，老宅改建的。 名字叫「一百五」 的猫咪性格超好， 早餐也非常好吃！

Great location, friendly staff, beautiful room with our own courtyard. The bed was super comfortable, the shower was very comfortable as well. The breakfast was great. The only comment is that we would have preferred to have a door on the toilet instead of a thin curtain.

the location was convenient. It's within walking distance to the famous interests. It has a charming look from the pictures, but This hotel has really old facilities. It was a nightmare to stay at the hotel. The toilet bowl wouldn't flush. The first night we had this issue and we were told not to put any toilet paper in the toilet bowl, yes, any toilet paper. They claimed that they fixed the toilet issue the next day. however, after a long day outside of sightseeing, we went back to the hotel, and found out that the toilet still wouldn't flush even though we didn't put any toilet paper in. Could you imagine having a filthy toilet that wouldn't flush!! espcially during the vacation! It was a horrible experience. I would never come back to this hotel and actually I hope Trip.com can take actions to have this hotel provide truthful and upfront description of their plumbing/sewage issues and they need to fix this issue.
I hope other people can see this review to avoid having a nightmare during their vacation.
