住进这家宣州会馆老宅酒店，真的挖到宝了！房间设施完善，前台小姐姐和保洁阿姨都特别热情，看到我们拎着行李主动来帮忙，问路还会细细叮嘱哪条巷子里的小吃最地道，发了美食手册，住得又舒服又暖心。

苏州真的很棒。形成最后一天是大晴天，是苏州送给我们最好的礼物。姑苏小院很漂亮，特别是晴天的时候，阳光透过窗户照射到走廊，让人很舒适。因为整层3间房都是同行的朋友，所以最后一天待在小院的时候，我们基本开着门在门口懒洋洋的晒太阳。管家小哥很贴心的帮我们拿行李箱，酒店有免费的热饮也很贴心。就是地毯有些旧了，隔音效果也不太好，可以再完善一下。但是下次有机会来苏州，特别是带长辈来的时候还是会选择姑苏小院。

这是一座小小的中式建筑，古朴优雅房间带有坡顶，但是没有压抑感。衞生乾净整洁。由于房子老隔音不是很好，都得小心翼翼，小小的衞浴用品非常香，小哥哥也非常的热情。还有非常有特色的九宫格早餐，孩子们非常的喜欢。

衞生：非常乾净，住了三晚，每天都有打扫
环境：很漂亮的小院子
服务：服务真的超级超级好，来店前发定位，提供游玩指南，入住后也有求必应，前台还提供免费热饮
设施：设施堪比华住连锁酒店，还提供免费水果，耳塞，马桶垫等，唯一不足就是一楼房间比较潮湿，老房子这一点实在是没有办法

冲着“老宅改造”来的，实际体验超出预期！位置不算偏，步行几分钟就能找到老街小吃。最爱的是院子，傍晚灯光亮起，木质桌椅配着绿植，和朋友聊天喝茶太惬意了。房间设施齐全，员工态度特别好，办理入住很快，还主动推荐了周边小众景点，帮忙预约了当地特色餐厅。性价比很高，下次来还会选这里

It was a pleasant stay, highly recommend if you'd like to experience staying in a chinese courtyard house (四合院). The staffs were all very helpful and accomodating. They have an amazing breakfast spread in a 9 tiled box, all different variety of Chinese breakfast. It's an amazing experience if you don't mind the rather thin sound proofing. There are some details that can be improved, for example, the carpeting should be changed since it felt a little stiff and old. There should be a hook to hang clothes while bathing, though they do provide bathrobes. P.S. I love the brand they used for toiletries.??

The service from the staff was very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was really good. ?The staff members, Xiao Chen, Xiao Li, Xiao Yao and Xiao Ma all helped to make our first and second stay very memorable. ?They helped recommend restaurants, find tourist locations, adjust the heater and provide an early breakfast when we have to go to the train station. ?The elegant and historic setting and the friendly and helpful staff made both our stays here very pleasant. ?Highly recommended.

Very friendly and helpful staff, the building is traditional and characteristic. Room facilities ok (very good shower with perfect temperature and pressure). In hindsight I wish I had booked one of the better rooms instead of a standard one because I think the level of comfort improves greatly. Breakfast is Chinese style, nicely put together. If you need coffee with your breakfast, please be warned that there is none at the property but you can just steps outside onto the Main Street and you will find several coffee shops for your fix. I do recommend staying at a Chinese traditional hotel rather than a modern hotel in Suzhou.
