I am so happy & impressed with the service. the lady at the front desk help me to upgrade to a larger room without any charges. she even ask me anything else to add on every day. Their customer service is vry satisfying!!! the location is excellent. straight out of a mrt station. Everything is so good & the price is surprisingly affordable cheap ! if anything to comment, only my room 621 toilet gt small block of water, but it doesn't affect any of my entire vacation. I strongly recommend & is 100% honest review frm my side. ??????

Anyone who wants to travel to Suzhou. Please consider this hotel on your list. We stayed here for 2 nights and the hotel is very clean and comfy. Amenities are like close to 4 star hotels. The location is near Guanqian Street and malls. There is a restaurant below the hotel, which is convenient if you want simple breakfast and away from the typical crab roe noodles. The receptionist is friendly and helpful. They even offered to help us clean our laundry for free when we tried to find coin-operated laundry for our clothes.
You can also have a friendly banter with the smart system XiaoDu (aka the Alexa from Google, but it's from Baidu) . I definitely will come here again if I am visiting Suzhou.

Highly recommended.
Very good location, close to metro (just in front of the hotel) and good service.
The staff is very friendly and kind.

Had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The location is super convenient — right beside the metro station, making it easy to reach. It’s also very close to Guanqian Street and just a short walk to Pingjiang Road. The front desk staff were attentive and always followed up to make sure I had everything I needed, patiently answering all my questions. The room was clean, tidy, and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again!

服务真心赞！前台热情高效，管家小姐姐服务到位，入住指引清晰；客房大姐打扫的挺仔细的，房间很干净，床品洁白柔软，浴室干爽无异味，干湿分离，房间消毒的也很到位，住得特别安心舒适，酒店的位置也很优越，位于观前街、平江路拙政园景点等等旅游特色景点的附近，出行也特别方便，酒店楼下就是地铁四号线，去哪里地铁或者打车都行，真心强烈推荐??????！！

酒店离地铁很近 下去就是地铁四号线 出去玩特别快捷方便 前台小姐姐非常热情友好 给我们升级了房间 入住期间也有关照我们的入住需求及体验 房间是智能房型 非常干净宽敞 装修风格简约典雅 还配备了语音智能系统小度 体验感很好 推荐哦??

这次出行选择了这家苏州安徕酒店 位置离观前街很近 靠着观前街的门头 酒店下去就是地铁 附近步行就可以到达平江路 出行游玩特别方便 前台小姐姐服务热情 房间住的也很安心 体验感拉满 不错哦??????
