地理位置超级棒，出门右转就是山塘街景区。前台服务也很热情，会提前打电话问有什么需求。给升级了房间，房间很干净，下次来还会选择这里！

房间很大，很干净，我们带两个小孩住的很宽敞，房间有投影，孩子们喜欢看，前台服务态度很好，位置优越，交通便利，离山塘街和地铁口都很近，周围餐饮小吃也多

酒店位置非常好，不行几十米就到山塘街了，还给我们升级了房间，房间很干净有格调，前台服务也比较好，下次再来苏州，也会订这个酒店的

The hotel is so conveniently located right beside the 山塘街 and there's so many food and shopping options around the hotel. Staffs were very polite and friendly. When we checked in, the room that was given to us has got smoking smell, thus I requested for a change of room. The staff politely showed me the other room options, and gave me a room switch without charging me extra for the pricer room. Bed was very comfortable and the water shower pressure is very good also. Highly recommend to stay in this place!

Friendly service, clean room, and very convenient location (＜5 min walk to entrance of Shantang Street, ~10 min to metro)! There's also a rooftop connected to the lobby with many tables and a small garden. I'm not sure if it's a daily occurrence as I only stayed for one night, but I did hear bell tower chimes starting at 6 am (and another at 7, 8) - checked out afterwards, so not sure when it stops.
