全季住过很多次了，出游必选连锁酒店。自有品牌的洗手液非常香，比大几千的酒店的廉价香皂好太多。观前街店的全季是园林风格的，一步一景，经典的苏州园林风格，很有特意，拍照也很出片。早餐如再丰富些就更完美了。在感受，在记录，在珍惜。

The receptionists were extremely rude and unprofessional. The moment we arrived, they immediately started hard-selling upgrades and breakfast packages, with zero genuine hospitality. We finally agreed to pay extra for an upgraded room, only to find it filled with cigarette smell.
When we requested to change rooms, they gave us another one that was by the roadside and very noisy, and it was a corner room, even though we had clearly said we didn’t want a corner or noisy room. They insisted it was the only room left and basically forced us to accept it.
The worst part — there’s no real air-conditioning! The receptionist didn’t tell us in advance that it’s a centrally controlled system, meaning no cold air at all. When we asked, she actually told us, “If you want cold air, just open the window.” But the window could only open at a tiny angle, and with all the street noise, it was impossible to cool down the room. It was hot, stuffy, and miserable the entire night.
The next morning, the chef at breakfast was also rude and impatient when we politely asked for food. Throughout the stay, every staff member showed bad attitude and seemed unwilling to help.
Overall, this Ji Hotel at Guanqianjie was a total disappointment. From the poor service to the dishonest handling of room conditions, everything felt unprofessional and careless. We’ve stayed in other Ji Hotels before, but this branch was by far the worst.
Absolutely not recommended.

CP value for sure worth for it, great location with shops all surrounding over there, can request early check in with great customer service provided
Unfortunately there is no air conditioner can be turned on, and we opened the window during night time

The location is vwry convenient, next to Guanqian Street. So a lot of local shops, cafes and food within 5 minutes walk. But the hotel doesn’t provide hair conditioner(so luckily i brought one myself), the rooms are a bit dusty and stuffy if the window is closed. But when you open windows- some days will have smell of barbecue, LuoSiFen coming from outdoor, so it made the entire smell and we couldn’t do anything about it for 2 consecutive days. There was one night- it was too warm despite lowering the air conditioning temperature in the room via the control, and when we checked with reception- the temperature is same for whole building so you cant control the air conditioning temperature, this made my stay unsatisfactory but the hotel’s environment & architecture is very pretty- very 江南风.

设施：非常的先进齐全，有商用的洗衣机和烘乾机，挂烫机，洗衣液，消毒液应有尽有?。
衞生：衞生非常好，乾净整洁，没有污渍，水渍。?
环境：非常的优雅，离观前街平江路都非常的近。周围吃的包括交通也非常的方便，酒店是园林式的装修非常的优美。
服务：服务特别好，我们来苏州旅游感到了非常的热情，特别是前台的??王小姐??帮我们协调房间，非常感谢她。太爱了！对全季印象特别好！不愧是品牌！下次带父母来还住！

每次出差过来苏州我都会来这个酒店。环境好，交通方便，又在观前街的旁边。这次我选了景观大床房，房间通向一个小院子。虽然小院子不是独用的，但是环境非常宁静舒适。这里的不但乾净整洁，服务态度也都超级好。我很喜欢这里。

衞生整体算是乾净 但是下水道异味会跑出来
位置挺好的 环境也很美
服务挺好的
设施洗衣房值得称赞 但是那个空调用的是中央空调 我觉得很热要求开的冷气 但是酒店告诉我只有暖气 因为其他顾客觉得冷 无语 就不能用独立空调吗

第一次住到地方风格如此独特的全季，彷佛走进了一个小园林世界。
地理环境优越，去对应的景点饭店以及观前街和平江路都很方便。
美中不足的是，11月中旬了，房间里的温度还是有点高，关了空调，晚上睡觉还是热得睡不着，後来调了冷风才好一些，希望这方面能有所改善。

被园林景观吸引，选择了这家酒店，酒店环境优美，有时间在酒店园林里坐坐也是挺舒适的，离观前街很近，酒店出门一路逛过去都是美食街，离地铁站还算近，到站要走一段长长的通道，酒店房间很多，服务不错。

非常满意的一次住宿！办理入住时，前台工作人员非常热情，主动为我免费升级了房型，房间宽敞又乾净还可以看窗外风景。更惊喜的是，还赠送包含了免费早餐，非常丰盛。园林式酒店不一样的体验 ，早餐也很丰盛葱油拌麪很好吃。小哥哥 小姐姐都很热情热心 。临走时，酒店还送了一份包装精美的当地特产作为小礼物，太贴心了！细节服务满分，强烈推荐，下次来我真的真的还会选择这里！
