酒店位置很方便 去平江路和观前街都很近 工作人员的服务态度非常好 酒店的早餐也很好吃 洗衣间不止有烘乾机 还有蒸汽烫抖可以使用 以後有机会再来苏州还会再回来住同一家酒店的??非常推荐！

带长者孩子来苏州玩，前台小张特别热情的接待了我们，在大堂每次看到我们，还贴心的送上加热的水。每次出行最关注房间隔音和空调，小张热心的帮我选房。第一次住美居真是满足了我所有的要求，早餐也很丰盛，地理位置也好，就在平江街对面，退房还给孩子伴手礼，以後出行还会选美居，感谢小张。

房间面积大，很宽敞，衞生间乾湿分离，轻智能马桶，洗浴龙头出水大，洗澡很舒服。早餐种类多。服务人员热情，送了眼罩很贴心。出酒店过马路对面是平江路，晚上很热闹，逛街听评弹，公交地铁步行都很近，交通便利，下次还住这个酒店。

房间不错很满意，没异味衞生收拾的很到位，前台经理服务也特别好，早餐厅很大，即使高峯时间段也能迅速补足菜品，地理位置绝佳，打车非常方便，来苏州旅游没有比住这里更适合的了

Check-in was fast and quick. AC was controlled centrally therefore requested a quiet room so that we can open the window to let cool air into the room. We were assigned a room that faces the back alley towards residential area. Despite opening the window, the noise level wasn't that bad at night but there's someone that's doing cleaning every morning and dragging the dustbin around which woke me up every day.
Frontend, breakfast & housekeeping crews were well mannered & helpful. The housekeeping staff greeted me cheerfully every time when I passed them.
Location was excellent as the hotel is just opposite the PingJiang road, which lots of nice surrounding and walking distance to Suzhou Museum, Lion Grove Garden and other attractions.

酒店地理位置好，与平江路隔了一条马路，酒店有地下停车场，就是自驾第一次去住一不小心就开过头了，然後回头还得绕一圈，酒店旁边的越来越好这个饭店味道不错。酒店的服务也很好，第一天只有一楼的房间，第二天有二楼的房间马上给我换了一间，下次来苏州还会选这里。

1. The hotel is located opposite the Pingchiang road. The room is clean & the bed is comfortable. China hotel provided full toiletries with quality.
2. Accessibility is convenient.
3. Plenty of restaurants around the hotel.
4. The staff were friendly & helpful. Tks to the front office staff 小姜 to arrange for a transport to the Suzhou Station for our departure. She has given us a small hotel gift as well.

此次来苏州选择了平江路上的酒店入住，体验超棒！服务周到贴心，环境舒适整洁。特别感谢酒店对孩子的关爱，临走时还送了小礼物和热水，非常温暖，全家人都很满意！在入住的房间还能拍到双塔，惊喜到了！
