周末带娃入住了同里湖度假村（二期），总体体验不错！湖景绝美，尤其是早上走走，微风袭来，很凉爽。亲子设施齐全，可以喂动物、挖沙子、滑滑梯，室内也有，清洁还可以。就是天热没什么客人喂动物，员工其实可以先喂一些，看着动物们饿得凑过来，有点可怜。
管家余晴服务周到热情，超贴心一路带我们介绍。餐厅超暖心，特意送的晚安粥香甜可口。交通便利，但是同里古镇还是建议开车。时间安排没有用酒店的中餐厅同里一号，听説也不错。

Wonderful staffs , beautiful breakfast buffet with friendly kitchen staffs. They tried very hard to serve you. ?Remote location made it difficult for my family to book didi or taxi service back to Shanghai however hotel arranged a private car for us.

亲子游，泡酒店为主，管家晓宇提前联系沟通，跟踪服务，服务到位，有入住小礼品，临走也有玩具送，升级的湖景房很舒服，就是双人床有点小 ，和孩子睡的有点挤，酒店五一有活动，错过了1号的活动，这样的活动管家可以提醒下带孩子的家长，亲子游度假酒店，无非就是出去玩嫌累，想一切活动在酒店完成～小火车孩子大了不太要晕，汉服体验也好像都是女装，没有适合孩子的，也没有预约使用，古镇接驳车服务也没有用到，住了2晚，第二晚开车去了吴越荣记，人很多，提前网上排队的，到了没等一会就轮到了，中午在酒店自助餐吃太饱，晚上吃不下，没点什么菜，感受下气氛，附近兜了一会，还有酒店买的的冰粉挺好吃的

同事之前去住过，推荐来的，奔着度假的目的，还是很满意，环境很好，酒店也乾净整洁，小童乐园项目多，餐食也很丰富美味，酒店小管家晓宇服务周到细心，感谢！

酒店房间设施有点旧，但是房间还是乾净整洁的，酒店室外环境舒适，景色宜人，室内有小童乐园，还可以看动画片，游泳池。还要谢谢管家余婷，每天有细心问候和提醒。酒店早餐服务很好，没想到还主动提供眼镜清洁布，退房时，送了小礼物，宝贝很开心，离开的时候还哭了，説以后还要住酒店

是真的很好～真心推荐～
给升级了湖景套房，小朋友在酒店都不想出去，又泡澡又坐小火车又小童乐园，还有探险者乐园，住一晚他説都不够，哈哈??因为自由车还没骑够～
管家服务更是非常到位，都是秒回～有什么需求都马上解决，即使晚上十点了也一样，真的是真心对待客户～非常满意，有好的地方一定要表扬，这样才会做的更好～我们的管家是晓宇～

房间乾净衞生，设施齐全，管家晓宇全程贴心服务，给我们升级了房间，帮忙处理各种问题。酒店有班车去同里古街，酒店的花园里各种孩子们玩的设施，孩子们玩的很开心！离开酒店，孩子们恋恋不舍！

We were happy with our stay here. The room was nicer than it looked online, and the hotel was really clean. There are playrooms for young children that are free (3 rooms with some different toys in each room). The rooms are a bit old and tired, but my 2 year old enjoyed playing there and requested UK hi back lots of times. For parents it is just great to have somewhere for your kid to play and have fun, especially as the weather was very cold when we went! Outside there is a play area and sand digging pit. Location is walking distance from Tongli old town. Restaurant does evening buffet, and buffet breakfast. The food is fine, more Chinese than western, my husband really liked it and my favourite part was the Beijing roast duck at dinner. The pool is warm, with floats and rubber rings to borrow. There is a little land train, it takes a 10 minute trip around the hotel grounds and the cost is 20RMB for one adult and child. For me it was very boring but my son loved it ??
The staff are very warm and friendly, everyone is very professional. Each guest is connected to a butler on wechat before they arrive so you can easily send a message and get some help. Our butler is Yu Ting and she helped us very professionally.
For me, the things the hotel can improve are (1) the animal petting zoo - by western standard the facilities for the animals are not very good, just concrete enclosure with hut. For foreigners, we do not really like this. (2) We had a problem with the other guests smoking in the hotel, eg in the coffee bar. When I complained to the staff they tried to stop the guests, but even though they repeatedly reminded them to stop, the other guests continued. In the end they arranged for me to move to a private room near the bar where I could avoid the smoking. I was very grateful that they found a solution for me and my baby, but I am speechless there are such guests who flagrantly break the rules and the hotel cannot stop them. We smelled smoke in some different public areas, so maybe this is a problem with several guests ??
Overall we are happy with our stay and it is a good place to spend a few days with kids.
