很多年前住过桔子酒店印象非常好，整体格调高雅 设计感时尚。此次苏州旅行再次定了位於金鸡湖附近的这家桔子酒店，还是非常满意的。先説地理位置吧那是特别的方便 ，门口就是地铁，四通八达；房间衞生相当乾净；我这边订的有窗的房间能看到繁华的夜景好赞；早餐丰富菜品可口，而且餐厅座位相当舒适；酒店服务亲切到位；酒店整个的环境设计很优雅，给人舒适温馨的感觉，赞赞赞！

来苏州奥体中心看陆虎的演唱会，选择了这家酒店入住
交通出行非常方便，酒店门口就是地铁站，酒店还有免费的地下停车场
洗衣房很好用，是LG的洗烘套装，路上临时弄脏了衣服，一个小时就洗乾净烘乾可以出门了，非常方便
房间很大，收拾的挺乾净的
下次来苏州看演唱会还会选择入住

我订了升级了豪华大床房。结果没有想象中的好
1.隔壁有敲敲打打的声音，我们住的是最旁边最里麪的。
2.房价不太友好，订的後一个礼拜房价就跌到400左右，相差100多。我完全可以把这个退掉。当天再预订的也只有400。
3.隔音不太好
4.服务一般般
5.房间里噪音比较大.空调和衞生设施。
6.凳子就一个，正常酒店应该是要麽有沙发椅两个要麽凳子配备2个，这里索性就一个凳子，吃东西也不方便
7.床单上有污渍。还是小朋友发现的。

Very good, this is my 2nd times stay here, first is 4 years aho. They renovate and it look good than before.
Pillow and bed is comfortable. Staff help a lot good place for stay.

Not a bad hotel for business trip, the rooms are small but clean. Unfortunately, during my visit the air conditioner only worked for heating and it was very hot in the room, even you open the windows. Breakfast is in the hotel lobby area, the tables are uncomfortable for my opinion and there are usually a lot of people during breakfast. The hotel staff is very helpful and friendly. The main advantage of the hotel is its location, 15 minutes from the International expo center and 20 minutes from the really beautiful Jinji Lake embankment, I highly recommend to visit this lake.
