  I stayed at the hotel with my family for 3 nights. Stay was comfortable and hassle free. We checked in late the first night and ordered dinner from room service and the food was very good.Hotel is a bit far from the downtown but we were aware of the same. There is line 2 subway station close to the hotel which is convenient. There are many food joints just in front of the hotel including papa jones, etc. Starbucks and McDonald were close too. Breakfast was fine as they have both Chinese and English breakfast options.?

  Really good hotel, very clean and people are friendly. Also very nice swimming pool and clean gym.

  The rooms is modern and spacious. We stayed for 6 nights, the place is very convenient.. There are a lot of restaurants opposite the hotel. And at the back of the hotel, there is a local rest that is very delicious. The breakfast menu varieties are a lot. We never get bored with our breakkie.

  4 Points Sheraton Suzhou won't win any prizes for style, features or amenities, but it's a solid choice for short business stays in Suzhou. Nice location on the lake and convenient for any part of East Suzhou. The standards rooms are exactly that, but they are fully equipped and well maintained. For a tighter budget this hotel has everything you need.

  前台很热情，位置也还算可以。唯一美中不足是早餐服务吧！
