Check-in was quick and easy. The staff understood and spoke English.
The room was excellent, exactly as shown in the pictures on trip.com.
The room service was excellent and very fast. We needed an extra bathrobe for our child and it was brought very quickly.
The pool is nice, but the water was quite cold. The children's area in the pool is a big plus, as is the playroom, where we had a fun time in the ball pit.
The breakfast is good. There is Western cuisine and Chinese cuisine. The reception here was very courteous. Unfortunately, the floor in the breakfast room was very sticky and the table was not cleared in between meals. However, the food we ate tasted very good.
Check-out was just as quick and easy. We were even able to take advantage of a late check-out.
It was a very successful stay and I will definitely recommend the hotel to others. The surrounding area offers lots to do with children.

Stay at Marriott was awesome. Room was very clean and spacious. Great Mountain View from room window. Breakfast was good and staff very cooperative and friendly. I am looking forward to staying at Suzhou Marriott Taihu Lake again and will definitely recommend friends and family.

Back again and the hotel is clean, the facilities are also very clean. Perfect spot for outdoor pool for kids.

Marriott never disappoints! We had a wonderful weekend at this hotel and enjoyed every minute of it ?? the location and the view from our room were amazing. We had a variety of activities like biking, hiking, reading books in a peaceful environment, swimming and warming our tired bodies in sauna ?? definitely is worth going all the way there from another city and having the best experience ??

On the first night of checking into the hotel, my wife and daughter had rashes while sleeping and we discovered the quilt and bedsheet were dirty and have lots of short hairs on them!!! Why??

这次新年入住了苏州太湖万豪酒店，大堂很气派，流线形的设计宛如在太湖湖面中荡漾。虽然新年入住的客人很多，但在前台check in的速度很快不一会儿就办理好登记和身份识别。房间宽敞且设施很新，大落地窗能看到对面太湖湖景，晚上酒店还放了烟花来庆祝新年。早上睡了个懒觉十点多才去餐厅吃早餐，早餐中式西式很丰富，平时西式早餐吃得多，这次来苏州肯定要尝一下当地的特色，逛了一圈看见很多客人在排队，原来还有当地的东吴面馆的面，馄饨，小笼等苏式面点。排队点了一碗苏式红汤焖肉面和苏式小笼，在苏州酒店能吃到地道的苏式小笼和面真的不多，下次来苏州万豪可能会为了那碗红汤面。
