Decent place. The location is nice. One can take an evening walk around the bay and walk further along the Dushu Lake to see the church building nearby.

Great stay with very friendly, English-speaking staff. Good breakfast with both Chinese and Western options. The location is a bit far from downtown, as we expected, with a few restaurants nearby. Would recommend for a comfortable stay.

国庆节和家人一起，入住三室，前台小姐姐非常善解人意，我们到早了在大堂里坐等，一会儿就把房间优先打扫准备好了。虽然有预期但打开房门还是被窗外的景色惊艳到了，家人们都忙着欣赏和拍照。房间设施齐全，早餐丰富，周边吃饭方便。下次再来。

大堂虽小功能齐全，有大堂吧休息区洗衣房。酒店在独墅湖边上，高层景色无敌，是度假商务的极好地段。套房的客厅和厨房超级大，冰箱洗衣机乾净好用，衞生间设施，布草品相新，床品舒适，各种保险箱浴袍雨伞鞋拔一应俱全。早餐比较丰盛，该有的都有，质量尚可，麪条和咖啡很好吃。

每次来苏州都会住在独墅湖边的奥克伍德国际酒店公寓，房间非常大，宽敞明亮又衞生，早餐也非常丰盛，前台服务非常贴心，因为我中午要送朋友去高铁站，前台特别为我延长了退房时间，非常感谢，值得推荐??????

环境：优美，靠着湖边，无论是落日余晖，还是晨曦微露，都尽收眼底，美不胜收，让我忘却一切烦恼，享受这一刻美好！
服务：前台和工作人员都很热情，有求必应，很赞！和其它公寓有所不同，更像是酒店，早餐也很丰盛，挺喜欢的??
衞生：不错的，乾净整洁，就是马桶的冲力有点不足哦！泡澡也很舒服！
设施：视频中可见，该有的都有，旁边很多划皮划艇的，运动完还有洗衣机洗衣服，真得很方便！餐厅和客厅也很大，适合带娃换个地方写作业??
离地铁站不远，去哪里都方便，打车也方便！对面还有一个全聚德，总体而言，性价比很高！晚上去湖边坐坐，真得很惬意！！

The view from the 23rd floor were incredible. The morning breakfast was lovely with good variety. We visited Suzhou Mall had a great time.

The room are very cozy and?very big I didn’t expect it to be this big cause the picture was so so but it’s actually super big and got many space to relax and the staff are so nice they are so friendly love it 100% recommend this place

I stayed in this hotel in May 2024 and jun 2025. One week in both cases. In both cases in an apartment.
I had good time and excellent service.
