属于很传统的苏州园林式酒店，闹中取静，曲径通幽，非常安静。位置就在市中心，交通非常方便。房间乾净衞生，睡的很舒服。尤其是餐厅的苏帮菜价格不贵，味道很棒，值得一吃。特色的蕈油麪更是一绝。

酒店离景点都蛮近的，不管是自驾还是打车都挺方便的！订的是家庭房，里面有两个房间，一张2.2米大床和两张1.1米的床！酒店是园林式样的，有亭子有小桥有小鱼～可以带小朋友喂喂鱼！晚上睡觉也挺安静的！

The room had a nice view overlooking the pond below, and the room was very clean! It wasn't overly fancy and the bed was pretty firm, but it worked great for a short stay, and the staff were very helpful and kind!

这个酒店性价比挺高的，离三香地铁站很近，步行几分钟，地铁公交都可以到七里山塘，打车去的拙政园十多块钱，拙政园出来离平江路步行街很近很近，可以顺便一游。跑题了，酒店设施不是很新，但是房间宽敞，空调是新风系统，淋浴也很好用。亮点是酒店是园林式设计，很高级，景色很美，身心享受，很赞，有点点不足，订的是有窗房想开窗通风，但是纱窗是坏的，会进蚊子，希望改进一些，总体还是很推荐的。

第二次来朋友找苏州玩住在这家酒店了
环境：环境特别好 酒店自带一个小园子 你想要的苏州园林里的亭子 小桥 连廊 全都浓缩在内 酒店一共四层 很幽静 进出也方便
我们选的家庭套房有两张单人床和一张超级大床 有推拉门隔开 特别适合三四个朋友一起住或者家庭出游
服务：服务特别好 这次在酒店自己的园林里拍照的时候不小心遗失一条重要的手链 酒店的经理和012前台一直陪着查监控寻找蛛丝马迹 即使丢东西的地方没有直接的监控可以看 也帮我们看了各个其他角度的监控 仔细核对到底谁经过 门口的两个保安大叔也是非常热情和配合 一帧帧帮我们分析监控 最后顺利找到捡到我们手链的人 太靠谱了！！酒店里的机器人送外卖也是特别快
对这家老牌酒店的体验真的非常好 给人的感觉就是很温暖很安心 住的很舒服 明年来苏州还是会住在这里

Conveniently close to the metro station. There is also a Starbucks, KFC, and Familymart next to the station. Interior decor was absolutely stunning. You basically don't need to go to crowded tourist destinations to take pictures anymore. There is free water and tea refreshments in the lobby.

Very pleasant stay, the room was big and comfortable. Only issue with the toilet which is only separated by a 3/4 height door instead of full ceiling partition.

I recently stayed at Suzhou Overseas Chinese Hotel, and unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. The room had a strong cigarette odor that lingered, posing a serious issue for my family member with asthma, who nearly had an exacerbation.
Beyond the air quality, the room's condition was subpar. The bathtub was rusted, the ceiling bore water leak stains, and the furniture was not only old but visibly dirty. The absence of a refrigerator, despite there being a cabinet meant for one, was also inconvenient. Most concerning, however, was the electrical socket that had fallen out, posing a serious risk of electric shock—a major safety hazard that should not be overlooked.
For a hotel of this standard, I expected much better upkeep. I sincerely hope management addresses these issues to ensure a cleaner, safer, and more comfortable stay for future guests.
