这次入住体验远超预期，必须给个五星好评！
· 位置优越： 酒店地理位置比较偏，但很安静
· 服务贴心： 前台工作人员服务态度热情周到，办理入住迅速。并赠送了小童洗漱用品，非常暖心。
· 房间舒适： 房间乾净整洁，没有任何异味。床垫和枕头软硬适中，一觉睡到天亮。
· 早餐丰富： 早餐品种很多，中西结合，也有当地特色小吃

酒店你老就算了，你服务差，你酒店还没机器人，外卖还要自己去拿，你没有机器人你就人工送，你啥都不做，然後开什麽酒店，人家2-3百的连锁酒店都有机器人了！啥也没有服务还差，前台几个服务人员，yiu?k?r在还聚集在一起聊天嘻嘻哈哈的！什麽东西！

500一晚不包早餐的酒店这麽差吗……也就因为有浴缸才去的，枕头特不舒服，一个羽绒的一个特别低的，另外房间里竟然没有放纸打了前台电话才送来的。玻璃门上有水渍看起，地板没有拖乾净，牙刷质量很差还没有汉庭好。垃圾桶衞生间和房间里的都不套塑料袋的！5.19入住晚上前台也不告知地下车库需要怎麽下去，问保安充电的情况他説也不知道……我下去找了一会又坐错了电梯！除了浴缸我喜欢的湖景还可以。总结：设施陈旧，服务意识需要加强。

My friend and I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Friendly staff and the food for breakfast was delicious. We can’t wait to stay again.

Although this hotel is very high end there were a few things that I did not think was very good. Firstly, the level of English at the front desk was less than many other less expensive hotels. There was no soap bar in my room to wash hands when I arrived. There was a small rainstorm the night I was there and the noise on the window was too loud. The lobby looks beautiful (see photo).

Nice room, comfortable, friendly staff yet not really trained at the expected level for such type of hotel. It feels a lot of cost control is going on. A bit disappointing.

This is a very good hotel. It seems to be an unexpected gem in a very isolated part of Suzhou. I had to travel to this area to meet a family member who recently started a new job. The hotel is 1hour away from Suzhou stations. Thus, unless you have a need to be in this area, I would not recommend you staying in this hotel purely because its location is far from all the attractions of central Suzhou. However, if you are in this area and need a hotel then i would most definitely recommend this one. The staff were friendly and spoke english. The hotel buffet was very good, with enough options to satisfy both western and eastern stomachs. I would recommend this hotel to someone intending to stay in this area.

It's a gorgeous hotel. Lovely view, the rooms have both the bath tub and shower which were amazing. Room service is good but the location isn't close to alot of touristy places. If you want to relax, take walks and not be a tourist it's a good place for that. The food was delicious and there was a variety provided which is good. The staff members are friendly and always willing to help.
