The hotel has great facilities but front desk service is not the best we ever tried. They don't make big efforts to try to help, neither provide a solution. Asked for late check out, she offered a small tolerance but still they called in the room asking to leave at 12:00. I asked in the reception to play mini golf upstairs what the receptionist said no problem, perhaps when my daughter tried to use, mini golf team request her to buy a membership card! That's a hotel facility for guest! Not a club!! Then later they accepted her playing but only if she brings her golf clubs! unacceptable for a hotel!! The hotel room was lovely, clean and spacious, we enjoyed the room but not the staff, not sure if it's worth of trying again. Be more reasonable people, hotels are hospitality places, so be friendly!

Just perfect. Loved the convenience of an entire apartment with washing machine and 2 bedrooms/ 2 bathrooms for the same price as any ordinary room at another hotel. Everything seems new and very clean. Front desk employees were very courteous and helpful at all time. The pool was also very clean. We will definitely stay here if we ever come to Suzhou again.

We enjoyed our stay here at Somerset Baitang! We’ve stayed in other Somerset branches before, and this is up there as one of the better ones. They cleaned our room nicely when they did, even washing the dishes we used the day prior. The amenities were well maintained, and the location is pretty nice (there’s a lovely park just behind the hotel, it’s walking distance from the metro station and about a 10 minute car ride to Jinji Lake). Special props to Penny and Wendy for taking care of us all throughout our stay! Will book here again next time we come back for a visit. ??

It was a great stay in Suzhou somerset Baiyang ?? The room facilities were great as well as the view and room service. Staff were friendly and welcoming it was a clean and had a fresh smell unlike the other stuffy rooms. Great location and opposite Hilton. We had a fantastic family stay at Somerset Baitang Suzhou. The location is excellent, making it easy to explore the city. Breakfast was a highlight with plenty of delicious options to choose from, ensuring everyone found something they liked. Our room was exceptionally clean and comfortable. The staff at reception were very kind, spoke English well, and made us feel very welcome, which was a huge plus for us as foreigners. This place is truly foreigner friendly and a great choice for families. We highly recommend Somerset Baitang Suzhou for a pleasant and hassle-free stay!

性价比非常高。8号早晨，我到的比较早，前台服务员热情给我办理了入住，房间温暖舒适，打扫的很干净，如同回家的感觉。房间里的厨房有碗筷炉罩，微波炉和冰箱，点外卖和自己做都可以。外卖是小机器人送到房间，不用自己下楼取。周边吃饭超市都有，方便。

入住的行政套房，房间有冰箱微波炉洗衣机电磁炉可以使用，楼下有全家便利店，叫外卖的话，机器人可以送到客房，酒店距离南施街步行5分钟了到达，对面现代传媒大厦楼下有美食城，去老城区车城30分钟，高峰期间地铁出行比较合适。最后想提一下酒店的早餐，味道一般，品类很少，对于出差人士选择较少，建议改善。

非常满意的酒店公寓，五一期间生意火爆，还好预定的早，朋友开车的可以停在楼下车库，上楼要刷卡也很安全，外卖是前台用机器人送到房间门口，房内设施一应俱全，特别是套房的空间很大还有沙发茶几床很大很舒服，无线网络非常给力，还有微波炉洗衣机锅碗杯子，本来还想自己做饭就可惜电磁炉不会用懒得搞了，然后楼下有全家便利店，对面是希尔顿和传媒广场地下又有肯德基星巴克各种小吃等等，离地铁站也很近，总之非常方便，前台小姐姐也很nice满足我们的各种要求，如果以后要去奥体中心看演出还会选择住这边的
