酒店的整个环境还有前台小张服务是不错的。挺好的，房间也很乾净，离出差的地方很近下次还住。房间乾净，早餐丰富，下次出差还会选择这里的，满意满意。

地理位置好，交通方便，性价比很高，免费升级房型，前台小钟服务很好 ，热情周到~
更适合商务出行，早餐是一碗麪或一碗馄饨
衞生不错，路边声音有点大，睡眠轻的慎选，交通便利~

来苏州玩，酒店距离苏州站很近，可以步行到达。大概一点左右到的，马上就给办入住了，前台小蒋还给升级了房型，还是个阳光房，这点很满意。可以免费延迟退房到2点，还可以寄存行李，距离地铁苏锦站也很近，出行方便下次来首选这家??

离火车站很近，步行10min左右就能到达，出门几百米就是地铁站，交通非常便利。住宿环境很好，房间是智能遥控的，很乾净。前台小蒋服务贴心满意。

酒店前台服务人员小张服务很棒 ！酒店地理位置也非常好找，房间很安静乾净，设施齐全且智能，寄存行李也方便，停车场还能免费停车。

交通方便，距离地铁口很近，走路几分钟就可以过去，去那里都可以有地铁到达！带家人度过一个完美的假期！苏州很美很美，还会再来，前台小姐姐服务也很好

酒店离火车站很近，房间挺大的，宽敞明亮，也挺安静。酒店前台小钟服务周到，住得舒心，下次还会选择这里，好评！要是中央空调就更好了，比壁挂空调好。

大约下午两点多尚未到官方的check in时间抵达，询问了一下柜台人员，很幸运房间已经整理好让我能直接入住，而且还有依照trip.com上订房时显示的帮我免费升等，从无窗间升等到有窗间，整个采光非常好，入住的期间刚好适逢苏州天气很好的时期，所以感受更好了??整间饭店的客服人员都很负责尽心服务，以这个价位来说，能住到房间环境乾净舒适，隔音好，还有智能小度，再搭配极佳的地理位置，不论是走去苏州车站搭乘高铁或是去邻近的地铁站前往其他观光景点，都非常方便！唯一美中不足的是如果想吃三餐，建议在景区吃饱再回来，不然附近似乎没啥选择必须叫外卖！如果跟我一样是solo traveler的旅行者，非常推荐！

从高铁站走路过去需要一段距离，我们就当散步和欣赏苏州夜景了。房间乾净整洁，我们在酒店预订了苏州一日游，总体非常满意，这趟苏州之行，非常满意。

IIt was strange because when I first came to the hotel I was a bit concerned as no one showed me to my room or explain to me I would need a key card to operate the lift.
However I think that could be because the girls were shy at speaking English, as when I was encouraged to add the hotels WeChat, they have provided incredible assistance, in giving advice on how to get to tourist attractions. Ms. Zhang at the front desk was especially amazing, helping me get a power bank which was delivered within 30 minutes after I requested it at 10 pm on a Sunday which was amazing.
She also helped me resolve a mosquito problem, and nothing was too much trouble for her.
She is a big reason my stay was so enjoyable.
The location of the hotel is perfect very close to Sujin metro line which covers line 4 and 6, turning on to the main road there is a lovely place to eat when you turn to the right and there's also a lovely supermarket on the left/opposite (oth owners I made friends with, and talk to every time I passed).
In the end I didn't want to leave Suzhou or this hotel.
The only downsides were the I was above quite a busy road, and people with motorbikes seem to like to use the pavement which made it a life or death experience at times, but I love the city, and this is an ideal location to explore the area.
Because I got rewards on trip.com the price per night was incredibly cheap, which equated to around 15 pounds a night, which was incredible considering the location.
This is the best overall experience I have ever had of staying in any hotel, even if the mosquitoes did initially find me delicious.
