离上海很近，周末过来度假挺好的，温泉不错，错峯没什么人，前台小姑娘人很好。spa 性价比也挺高的。本来定了一天，又续了两天。不错。

元旦放假带小朋友来玩，这家店还蛮幽静的。假期人也不算特别多。房间很大床也很大，还可以加床。温泉酒店里麪穿着浴衣小朋友各种跑～很舒服。泡汤的地方也蛮乾净的，虽然池子不是很多但也够了，有室内和室外～附近有沙溪古镇可以逛逛。总体很不错。就是可以再加点娱乐项目就更好了

衞生环境服务都还不错，入住没用到的下午茶可以放到第二天退房后用，虽然下午茶很一般，但是人性化好评了。订的是月下温泉套房，冲的是房间里就有不限时私汤，但是到房间一看这个私汤配置比二楼限时的私汤简陋太多了，于是毅然决然放弃房间私汤奔向二楼，中间这段路程也很消磨人的耐心。提到路程，入住的时候前台就解释了每层的套房离电梯都是最远的，理由是可以接受的，但外卖机器人老没电就让人很无奈。总得来説，感觉特地订套房的体验还不如普通房间，整体中规中矩但没能满足预期

冬天从上海跑过来泡温泉，到了才发现真的是非常正统的日式温泉酒店。温泉质量非常好，有金汤和银汤。私汤的价格和设施也非常给力。
酒店从设计到餐饮、以及服务和公共活动空间都给人一种静谧、放松的氛围，适合繁忙的工作和生活中想要短暂充电的城市人羣。

确实如网友所言，对服务不太能抱有期望，
1，入住时一般酒店是管家带看房间并介绍，或者直接在门口等，而我们入住当天，是到了房间门口，发现房间门开着，然后穿着便服的工作人员突然从房间出来，把我们吓一跳，当然这已经算小细节了；
2，公汤营业时间是8:00-22:30，结果我们晚上21:30都已经冲洗完要开始泡汤了，跟我们説金汤已经在刷洗了，不能泡了。那请问我们进来的时间/洗浴的时候，就不能有人来提醒我们一下吗？距离结业还有整整一个小时就提前打扫，而且当时女汤里除了我们还有3-4个客人，大家都面面相觑；
3，周二退房前想再去泡一下，特地早起，结果进了女汤更衣室发现灯都关着（刷储物柜门禁能进来，门禁没关/其次门口没有任何闭馆标识），我后来自己打电话去前台，才知道周二闭馆。之前办入住，和任何时刻都没有人提醒过我们这件事，入住须知上也没有，导致我们白白早起。前台的话术是携程上有写（确实有，大概要下拉个七八页才能看到的小字）
并且没有任何补偿措施，在我们退房时，还有客人驱车过来想泡温泉，结果被告知当天闭馆，人家也是白跑一趟，所以标识不清绝对不是个例。
其他性价比还是挺高的，私汤收费也比较合理，但私汤也只有银汤。

去年也来泡温泉离上海近 一小时奔到，这次定的套房 房间很大 赞！每年冬天来泡个几次没问题. 服务员姑娘每个都很礼貌 夸夸～～

设施：酒店有专属停车场???且免费。
酒店离沙溪古镇约一公里左右的路程，走过去约十多分钟，。入住酒店赠送温泉双人套票，可以多次进入使用。酒店还赠送了下午茶，很精致。入住时酒店还提供了免费升级，给了我们礼茶合家欢大床房，房间超大。酒店整体以日式风格为主，很安静很舒服，唯一觉得不足之处就是房间没有冰箱不太方便。因为临时决定入住的，所以没有购买预售套餐，价格上显得有点贵！性价比而言有点偏弱！早餐入住时可以按照自己的意愿选择适合的时间，餐厅到时候会提前安排座位和餐食。主食和茶水需要自行拿取。

The hotel has its own onsen area that's open to non-hotel guests. So the entrance starts with the shoe cabinets before reaching the front desk that serves both onsen day-use guests and hotel guests.
The Japanese themed room was luxurious. Very clean and impeccably maintained, good sound proofing I could hear a pin drop in the room. Double basins, Dyson hair dryer, bidet toilet bowl, standing shower and a huge zen sofa couch area by the window, complete with tea and chess set. Pity there's not much of a view out there. There's also no phone here, just a speaker by the bedside table or one can use WeChat to communicate with the front desk and of course robot deliveries.
Bed and pillow was too soft for my liking. Service is excellent and they even provide turn down service. I left the room for onsen and came back to a room where the curtains are drawn, a plate of fruits on the table, floor towel laid out in the shower area with the bath towel, originally under the basin, now hung on the door of the shower.
The stay package came with an Afternoon Tea set of fruits, desserts and crackers. The cheesecakes were meh but the pineapple tart made up for it. Fruits were fresh and yums.
In-house guests were given unlimited access to the Onsen and I took my time to enjoy it fully. It's a full Jap style onsen, meaning going fully naked. A rather small onsen with just 3 pools but the outdoor one was the best, soaking in 43 degrees pool in the cold. There's a chill out area outside including a lounge, meditation room and a movie-cum-reading room (what an irony though). They also have private onsen rooms for rent at additional costs.
Leisurely breakfast the next morning at 930am. Yes, I had to choose a specific hour to be at breakfast as it's a Jap bento set with a partial buffet (of noodles and porridge). Not outstanding for me.
But otherwise, it was 5* experience and I recommend this to anyone planning to come to Taicang to experience the onsen.
