柜台人员服务不是很好，只是因为我国外回来的，穿着打扮上面让你们不太适应吗？我只针对一位，剪妹妹头很瘦的服务员！态度超差，还会拉着其他工作人员，一起取笑客人……omg……,这是什什么社会？？？？？？太封闭还是我太开放？陪妈妈旅行有问题吗？莫名其妙！灰尘多我都懒得讲！饭店的公关人员！麻烦！你们的入住品质登记真的很差??

It was a theme park hotel. Very far from town. The hotel was not a bad one, the facilities inside are good, but it can be better for the price range. The theme park is very old, and rather run down, some equipments were closed and abandoned with rust... not a bad one, but consider the price paid, it was not value for money...will revisit if the theme park go thru major renovation.

Great for family trip. The service of room was satisfying and quite fast. As soon as we enter our room in third floor, we noticed the size of slippers provided was too large. To our surprise, they took care of the problem almost immediately. I will give the service five star. As for the swimming pool, the quality of water is also good enough for children in 6-12 age group. BTW, thanks for the swimming pool service people. They gave us medication for mosquito biting in emergency.
Surely recommended for family trip destination.

Very comfortable room with snack and drink complements. It’s so nice and out of expectation! Two toilets do give us convenient for a family in 4!
Also , after a day of excitement in Lai Pou the hotel just nearby did give us a good rest indeed.
