这次因为临时决定来台南，上次已经有很好的经验，所以就临时决定再来，但因为临时柜台说没有我要的房型就帮我升级到4人房，空间感真的很宽，床也是非常好入睡，来台南选择住宿的优先选择

饭店服务人员热情、亲切、细心。像是柜台、餐厅、健身房、停车人员皆被提及「南台湾特有的热情款待、宾至如归」感受。
房间质感好（房间备有胶囊咖啡机、智能管家、饮水机、热水壶等）、位置佳、早餐丰盛（不只是一般西式早餐，还结合台南在地特色小吃，例如：牛肉汤、小卷米粉、虱目鱼等。 ）。
顶楼高空花园／露天泳池：这是饭店突出特色之一，适合拍照、放松。
健身房、儿童戏水池/亲子戏水区也有提供。

Had a great stay at Hotel Grand Banyan Tainan. The location is convenient, the rooms are clean and comfortable, and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious with a good mix of local and international choices. Highly recommend!

Grand banyan hotel is above my expectations, I am very thankful for the reservation team and front desk staff for helping me when I mistakenly booked my hotel room on the wrong date. I will definitely comeback to this outstanding hotel in the future when return to Tainan.

Hotel is clean and convenient. Very friendly staff but make sure you need to bring your own toothbrush and toothpaste

Location is okay, generally in Tainan you need uber or walk long distance to anywhere. The buffet breakfast is okay, staffs are helpful.

携程钻石贵宾入住后评价：
1.酒店衞生恶心，床上有尿斑，沙发上有疑似食物汤渣痕迹。
2.半夜噪音大，房间门和地板隔音很差，半夜都能听到楼道声音和清晰的听到隔壁声音。
3.凌晨2点隔壁房间4-6人搞party，周围客房都在抗议，酒店竟然无法处理解决。
4.酒店客服人员办事拖沓，从投诉噪音到换房间，耗时巨长，看到住户行李多，傻傻的看着也不知道帮忙，毫无服务意识。
5.徒有其表，外观看似五行，内在的衞生和管理及服务，2星都算不上。大概相当于县城民宿，到处藏污纳垢。
6.因为噪音问题一夜未睡，酒店无任何补救，仅仅是口头道歉而已。我们花了钱住酒店，因为噪音一夜未睡，你口头道歉解决问题？
以后绝对不住这个酒店，供大家避雷。
