We had a great stay at the Grand Banyan Hotel. The location was convenient, close to the train station and bus stops. Our room was extremely spacious and clean. Our only complaint is the facilities. The pool did not open until 1:30pm which was inconvenient as we wanted to use the pool in the morning before we headed out for the day. The gym treadmills all needed maintenance as the belt would not move smoothly and cause you to feel a slight **** when trying to run on them.

The hotel itself was truly wonderful, offering a very comfortable and enjoyable stay. The amenities provided were excellent and met all expectations for a pleasant visit. However, I must politely suggest that there is room for improvement at the reception. While the staff were not impolite, their attentiveness and efficiency could be enhanced. A smoother reception experience would elevate the overall guest satisfaction.

服务很优，住在这感觉很舒服，全家最喜欢的是饭店的早餐，菜色非常多样尤其是单点的蛋非常用心。家庭房浴缸泡澡特舒服。

离火车站很近交通很方便
地下室有机车位和汽车位（先到先停停满位置）
平日住宿车位基本上都有
入住前后都可寄放行李
饭店大厅很宽敞很适合小休息

这家酒店服务一般无所谓，但卫生堪忧，床铺清洁消毒不到位，睡醒一觉，喜获满腿痕痒，只能说我会推荐给我的仇人来住。花钱来受罪，完全得不偿失。想要旅途舒服安心的，直接绕开这家，千万不要踩雷。
本来出门旅游是放松心情，结果直接被咬到满腿红点，严重影响旅游心情，白天玩不好，晚上也睡不安稳。整个旅途全程都在皮肤发痒，坐车痒、走路也痒。工作人员帮忙带我们去买了药膏涂，感谢他们，虽然这是最基本的，但是后面回去拿行李，也没有人再问起是否好一点了。卫生不OK，服务培训也要再加强一下。
