饭店大门略不明显，check in在4楼，空间不大，因4点办check in排队拥挤，未作分流，服务人员随努力消化入住客人，但仍有强化空间，房间没话说，够宽敞，最爱浴室除乾湿分离外，超大浴缸让我消除疲劳

这样出门订了2家台南很厉害的饭店-夏都城旅跟和逸饭店。比较之下，和逸的服务最好，工作人员都很有礼貌，都笑笑的。
户外设施好多适合小朋友玩的设施或活动，我的小孩最喜欢钓鱼跟赛车。 还有好多礼物跟饼乾可以拿。
地点离百货好近，很方便。早餐有提供儿童的餐具，很贴心，夏都却没有提供。

饭店服务满亲切的，遇到落水头卡住，打了客服也随即来处理，我觉得很贴心的是除了修缮师傅来之余也一起来了一位女性服务人员，这对独自来住饭店的女性还蛮保护的！下次有机会来台南一定还是住和逸。

Damn cute, breakfast was damn good also! It’s a family or child friendly hotel very good for kids although I didn’t go with any kids but my mum. Location is well for shopping mall and accessible to everywhere! Highly recommend!

Hotel room was clean and cozy with daily housekeeping services. Staff were very helpful and friendly. check-in was a breeze but there’s no priority for amazzing club stars members even though there was a signage indicated at reception. Breakfast spread was great and there’s a playroom at level 5. There is coin laundry available but the dryer was pretty weak, my clothes remained damped after a 90 mins cycle (paid ntd10 per 10 mins). Hotel is beside shin kong Mitsukoshi so it’s really convenient.
