A hotel with huge, clean rooms by the lake. The atmosphere is peaceful and serene. What truly makes it stand out, however, are the staff and their personalized service. We were wonderfully taken care of by the manager, Mdm Zou, and her team — from station pick-up and drop-off to a comfortable room, tasty breakfast, and well-arranged transport. I can’t thank the team enough for such a wonderful stay. I’d highly recommend Minjiang Hotel to anyone looking for a pampered holiday in Taining.

Maintenance is bad, bad smell from toilet dewatering drain, the room is smelly! The light in balcony is annoying. The most terrible hotel that i ever had!!

We arrived Hotel around 9pm, we haven’t have our dinner and the hotel restaurant has already closed. It was surprised that the hotel provided simple and delicious supper. Yet it was free of charge for all hotel guests! Especially we were so appreciate that Ms. 邹慧英, she was so attentive, she organised for our meals, transport and trips arrangements. She has put so much effort to ensure we all comfortable during our stay. Her dedication to her work is highly commendable! The hotel might be old but the service is as good as 5 stars hotel. However, the setback of the hotel was guests are allowing to smoke in the restaurant and hotel rooms. It would be appreciated that the hotel should allocate smoker rooms floor or different sections of the hotel.

酒店服务特别贴心！提前在房间里放了解压的花茶，还在楼道里薰了茶叶！酒店的早餐自助花样繁多，味道也很好！正餐随便点不踩雷，一鱼两吃之糖醋鱼外酥内软！游浆豆腐，海鲜卤麪，五花肉鲜笋，用料实足有锅气~酒店从服务员到保洁阿姨，服务热情彬彬有礼！总得来説是非常惊喜且愉快的体验！

四星级酒店却有六星级以上的环保和优质服务！！房间内环境卫生而外面境色优美，乌语花香、空气非常好就好像住在氧气吧中，加上未出行前，酒店的邹经理已跟我联系了解需要例如酒店内设施、安排行程、当地天气、交通.....等直至我离开泰宁，她的确是一位非常尽责和细心照顾每位客人的员工，是我这么多年来外出旅游从未遇到的贴心服务体验喔，离开时仍然是依依不舍的！！ 希望不久再来休息游玩，非常推荐此酒店给大家。

湖景房，带阳台，空间很大。喜欢洗漱间的贯通式设计。主卧放置的衣架很贴心，衣服终于不用闷在柜子里了。手机充电插头比嵌入式的usb接口更快。早餐丰富，还有自助洗衣，都是很实用的配置。
