With grand view of famous Yang Ming mountain in Taipei, the afternoon high tea is beyond expectations of rich presentation . The spa is also combined with natural hot springs and zen style architecture. Friendly staff are a good plus too .

Stayed there for a night in CNY this year. No complaints with the rooms, the facilities, quite resort (which hard to find during CNY time). Specially the food, all quite nice, good gourmet quality. However, the price is also "luxury"...with what I paid, didnt feel or see anywhere that were exceed my expectation.................

我们在三月份的时候在此度过了一晚。正如我们在网上看后所期待的一样,这里崭新干净。然而在酒店旁边有一些正在建设的工程影响了这里的风景。盥洗室里有两个浴盆,我们可以在自己的房间享受温泉水。小酒吧免费(第一次去),我们最喜欢这里供应的3种茶。床上的睡衣裤穿起来非常舒服,水疗按摩后睡的很香。然而早饭似乎有点不尽如人意,因为主菜不像其他人评价的那么好。交通出行非常便捷因为酒店每天早十点到晚十点提供往返于酒店和捷运站之间的接送服务。总体来说,这里的确是一个让人停下来在宁静的环境中放松身心的地方。其次,从台北乘出租车到这里只用20分钟。

We stayed for one night. The facility and the room is great. The tulb for hot spring in the room is spacious and well designed. My room is facing a construction site - hence no view.br/br/Staff at reception is friendly and helpful. But it seems they are quite new and unable to answer some basic questions.br/br/The dinner at the western restaurant is good but not much surprise. It may be a local practice that people eat dinner early. We started ard 8.15p and i can feel it that they wwant us to finish before 9.30

We spent one night at Grand View Resort Beitou during our family trip. br/The hotel is so nice and luxury as expected! br/br/We felt ourselves a VIP starting from - br/1/ shuttle bus pick up from Xinbeitou Station, it was only for 5 of us. Like the privacy! (However we had a mis-communication with the front desk, and we waited for ~40mins for pick up :( ) br/br/2/ Staff are so nice and considerable, we were just sitting in the lobby, and the staff do all the paper work and check in for us. br/br/3/ Rooms are fantastic! They are spacious, clear and comfortable! Love the in-room hot spring pool with greenery view.br/br/4/ Love the mini-bar! you can enjoy the nuts, cold drink, coffee, also the yogurt for FREE! This is much appreciated. br/br/5/ Public hot spring is good as well! Lucky, we visited during weekday, not much people, we can enjoy the privacy! We visited twice during our stay! br/br/6/ Semi-buffet breakfast sounds great! We can choose a main course from the menu (unlimited!) and help yourself on drink, fruit, break, congee & etc! The main course presentation is so mouthwashing! 5 of us ordered all 4 different dishes! Super love the omelet and strawberry danish with maple syrup! br/br/7/ The shuttle bus driver is so helpful! We requested him to drop us half-way back to the station, where the Thermal Valley located! It save our time! br/br/Overall is nearly "PERFECT"! It will be "ABSOLUTELY PERFECT" if it costs slightly cheaper!!! :p

We are basically paying the facilities (hot spring in the room n foc mini bar) n the friendly staffs. br/br/Breakfast was a total disaster with beautiful presentation. The fish I ordered was hard as rock n the remaining buffet selection was miserable.

We stayed at the resort for 2 nights with my 2 kids and in-laws. We were greeted promptly the moment we got off our car. The staffs are very friendly and helpful. If price is not an issue, this is the place to stay. The breakfasts are free, fruits and all soft drinks in room are free. Staffs will refill upon request during the day. I would not recommend eating dinner at the hotel. The foods served at the Chinese Restaurant was terrible and pricey. There are shuttle bus upon request to take you to and from Beitou Subway station, which we found to be extremely convenient, and please call the resort 20 minutes upon your return to the Subway station. br/br/One thing to be cautious about when booking via internet, there are big rooms (with two king beds) and small rooms (two single beds). The rooms we booked were small, and you can actually call the hotel in advance to make the request because if you do it upon arrival, it will costs you much much more. br/br/Overall experience was great! We were told that August is considered to be a low season for Spring Resort in Taipei and that high season would be September to May.

这家酒店非常漂亮。不过,当我们拿到帐单的时候,我们发现实际价格比较原来预订的房费要高25%。酒店的经理向我们的帐单中额外增加了一部分费用,包括服务费和周末的额外费用。一定要当心那些隐藏的收费服务!!!!

这里的服务员真的相当出色,从我们一进门就热情接待我们。br/这家酒店刚刚开业,有许多外国游客前来光顾。我很喜欢酒店内部装修设计风格。br/酒店景致很美,坐在客房的窗口便能欣赏到窗外的美景。这里的早餐同样非常好吃,我很喜欢里,下次还会再来的!
