亲爱的 The ***a 饭店管理团队您好：
我过去曾入住贵饭店，留下了非常美好的印象，因此这次特地与朋友再度造访，希望再次享有同样的舒适体验。然而，这次的住宿过程却与第一次有明显落差，让人感到相当遗憾，也希望藉由此信反映实际情况，作为贵饭店服务品质改善的参考。
首先，报到当天办理入住后，我们准备搭乘电梯上楼，但等候时间接近 10 分钟。原因是有一大批游览车团客同时涌入，他们带着大量行李拥挤在电梯门口，导致现场混乱。当终于轮到我们搭乘时，一位团体的导游竟然又强行塞入更多团客，完全不顾电梯内其他客人的舒适与安全，电梯内非常拥挤，令人感到压迫与不便。当时并未看到有任何工作人员在现场协助疏导或指引。
另外，贵饭店主打的无边际泳池原是我此行最期待的设施，为避开人潮，我特地选择在早上使用泳池，却仍遇到以下问题：
1. 有一对父女在池中尖叫嬉戏，孩童不断发出高频尖叫声，完全未顾及其他住客的安宁，且持续时间颇长，但现场工作人员未有任何提醒或劝导。
2. 另有一群外籍住客在池边跳水、嬉闹，行为较为奔放，其中一位女性甚至在尚有多张空躺椅的情况下，直接坐在我原本放有毛巾的躺椅上，毫无询问或礼貌，对此我感到非常困扰与不受尊重，但同样未见工作人员出面协调或处理。
整体而言，这次的住宿经验与我以往对 The ***a 的良好印象有明显落差。特别是在 公共设施秩序管理、团客动线安排与现场人员的即时应对能力 上，确实还有进步空间。身为回访的客人，我真心希望贵饭店能重视各类型住客的使用体验，在未来加强现场人员的应对培训与秩序维护，让每位旅客都能享有应有的舒适与尊重。

We stayed in a very clean and comfortable double deluxe room on the 6th floor. Bed was maybe a little hard, but still cosy thanks to the fantastic duvet. Our room had a decent view towards the mountains in the north-west. We paid the small extra charge for buffet breakfast when booking, and were satisfied with the choices of food available. Breakfast is taken on the 10F, and this restaurant has nice views towards the ocean.

We had a wonderful stay in the hotel, staff is very friendly and helpful, the pool and view is amazing. Only topic to improve is to let the people eat and drink at the pool bar to enjoy the views as this bar isn’t open and nothing served.

The hotel was ok. Not all the staff members were able to speak English but they were attentive.
Rooms are normal, not very big, the cleaning of rooms is not super great, it could be improved.
Gym very small, swimming pool with weird opening times.

The hotel room is trendy in design, comfortable and clean. It is located in city centre and there are lots of restaurants around it. The breakfast is delicious.

One of the better and newer hotel in tautung. But maintenance needs to improve as it doesn't feel new anymore. Especially the pool bar But Staff are generally friendly. Good location.
