  虽然地理位置极佳，离地铁站很近，出行非常方便，前台也很尽责帮忙解决问题，但这无法弥补酒店本身的诸多缺陷。酒店设施老旧，浴室残破且水压微弱，清洁状况一般，房间内还有异味。唯一的优点是床铺尚算舒适。早餐品质差强人意，有些菜很咸，根本吃不下，且饮料只见一种和一小壶，也很少补充，只能喝水，住过不少酒店这间真的很奇芭。整体入住满意度低。

  地段很好。给我免费升级到了有窗的单人房，深表感谢。中午外出拿了客房里的水，晚上回来发现竟然还补了，也是惊喜意外。客房比较老，中规中矩，温馨舒适，整齐乾净。缺点是窗户隔音一般，且洗澡热水不热。整体满意，还会再来。

  The location is great, very convenient. The subway is just outside the main door of the hotel. The room service is OK, they only provide shower gel, no shampoo. Overall, we have good experience.

  right in the town center of this lively city, at s busy but quiet road intersection, walking distance from subway and not far from all cultural places, and pedestrian shopping streets. I have never been in Taiyuan before but was pleasantly surprised at the level of professionalism and customer service of this well established hotel. it's not new but has a well styled ambience.

  Good hotel. Bed was not comfortable. Boxspring matter was thin with springs rubbing against my back. Did not sleep well. Breakfast was excellent.

  The service was good the staff were very plesent and helpful
