  酒店是我目前入住感到服务最到位的一家。酒店的各个人员都热情洋溢。入住前主动添加微信，听取客人想法，anna小姐姐还帮我们升级了房间，为我们汪苏泷演唱会安排接驳车。入住当天我们提出的浴缸要求也及时帮我们跟进处理，非常有诚意会安排。演唱会当晚接驳车为我们提供了极大的方便，晚上的夜宵非常的美味，有粥有各类麪条，还有粗粮。回到房间还有摆盘精致的水果和银耳汤。临走退房时，知道我们等车，还为我们提供咖啡和手提袋。下次来台州继续入住。

  酒店的地理位置很加分，紧邻商圈和交通枢纽，出门打车、逛吃都很方便，步行就能抵达十里长街，对游客比较友好，前厅部小卢的服务也很贴心，办理入住高效快捷，很是专业。酒店环境整洁舒适，地理位置和服务双在线，下次来台州还选这里！

  This hotel left a great impression on me! The rooms were very clean and tidy, making for a comfortable stay. The staff were incredibly friendly and provided warm, attentive service, always helping me with a smile. The breakfast was absolutely delicious and plentiful, with a wide variety of options—a perfect start to the day. Overall, it was an amazing experience, and I’d highly recommend it!

  The hotel staff is very nice. The food is excellent. There's a nice area for walking and a shopping center too. I love the place, and I highly recommend it.

  If there is a festival or ceremony outside the hotel it's too much noisy but normal day it's fine The view is nice Staff some of them are helpful Breakfast and dinner not suitable for middle east country and Muslims
