预定的原鹤住手续商务饭店，我们因飞机晚点到达时已近深夜，饭店的前台接待人员业务非常娴熟很快就办好了入住手续，房间干净整洁，住的很舒服

This hotel is quite well known with the locals as we have not much problems getting around and back to hotel with cabbies.br/Staff are helpful and friendly always ready with a smile.br/Breakfast was quite standard porridge toast eggs coffee tea etc.br/Room is clean and toiletries are provided too.br/The single elevator available was a little too small as we need to get our luggage up in 2 trips.

i was directed to this hotel by an airport official. i was leery but hopeful. the transport from the hotel was taken care of for me which was great. They also took care of my transportation to the train station too. Rockoms were outdated but clean and functional. Beds were on the hard side but ok. Breakfast was delicious. Overall quite impressed and would definitely recommend it for a newbie to Taiwan that doesnt mind a 3~4 star.

日本への帰国便が早朝だったので前泊で利用しました。br/高雄から新幹線で移動してきたので、桃園駅からタクシーでホテルまで行きました（約20分355元）大通りから少し入ったところにあるので分かり辛いかも知れません。br/br/ホテル内部は客室も含めて古さを感じますが、手入れはされている様子。br/しかし泊まった部屋は少々匂いが気になりました…br/おそらくカーペットに何かこぼしたんだと思いますがデスク周りが匂いました。br/br/ダブルルームでそれほど広くはありませんが（大きいスーツケース広げられるかな？）ベッドは二人で寝ても狭く感じませんでした。br/バスタブは小さめですがバスルーム全体で考えれば広め（日本のビジネスホテルに比べれば十分広い）、アメニティも一通り揃っていました。br/フリーのWi-Fiはちゃんと飛んでいたのでスマートフォンが使えて助かりました。br/br/ホテルの周辺にはコンビニ、飲食店もあるようなので（雨が降っていたのであまり見て回れませんでした）夕食に困ることはなさそうです。br/br/朝食付きプランでしたが6時からとの事で、利用できませんでしたが、事前に出発が早い事を伝えておいたところサンドイッチとジュースを用意しておいてもらえました。ありがたく空港で頂きました。br/br/従業員はとても親切で、日本語を話せる方もいます。チェックアウト時にフロントにいた方は日本語は話せませんでいたがタクシーのトランクに荷物を入れてくれるなど、とても感じの良い方でした。br/br/ホテルから桃園空港までタクシーで約20分425元でした。

チェックインで、予約が入ってないとの事でしたが、後で、確認すると8Fの予約したデラックスダブルを用意してくれました。フロントに一人男性がいるだけでしたが、流暢な日本語で対応してくれました。ロビーにも２台のPCが置いてあり、部屋でもLAN、無線とも使用できました。朝食のバイキングは種類はさほど多くは無かったが、ご飯にお味噌汁、漬物と日本人にはおいしくいただけます。また２４時間コーヒーマシーンで無料なのもよかった。チェックアウトは１２時でしたが、２時過ぎまで延長も快諾してくれ、安く泊まれる宿としてOK。少し歩けば、たくさんのお店が並ぶ大通りに出れ、２４時間スーパーやwatson、コンビニ、ネットカフェ、飲食店など不自由はしないです。

只身飞往台北没有预定抵达时差不多是深夜。经机场工作人员提起感觉有点不安(特别是)坐30多分钟车加上说大话的司机但天啊太让我吃惊了!!到达后立即就很舒服的睡着了醒来时看见是干净的房间还有热水淋浴。工作人员给了很大帮助理解英语没有问题还想尽办法让我住的适应。唯一的缺点就是离机场有点远..但我必须说其他方面都非常棒。不仅价格合理酒店还主动支付来往机场的出租车费都不用我要求或期待!!

We had a short layover in taiwan but after travelling from london we really wanted a cheap hotel just to rest. At the airport we picked any hotel as we were so tired, the price SEEMED resonable and it had free airport transfers. but when we arrive i was disgusted. it was dirty and smelled so bad. there was mold growing all over the bathroom and the bedding was dirty. i didnt dare take off my shoes to walk on the carpet which was black with filth. i have never been in a hotel so run down. At some point during the day someone had walk dog poo through the hotel, it was in the lift, along the corridors and in the entrance, no one had bothered to clean it up so you had to watch were you walked. the price for the hotel was about ??56, not worth it at all. if i hadnt of been so tired and there for such a short time i would of left. the only things that i can think of that were acceptable was the fast wifi and the staff were friendly and helpful.

This is truly an amazing hotel. Our group was extremely pleased by the hospitality displayed by the staffs and owner. We felt welcome whenever we were at the hotel. we had 2 rooms there for 9 days. Free wire5 and breakfast. They didnt even charge us for lossing the room key. Sweet.

I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. The rooms are small but laid out in a very Japanese way, every bit of space is used smartly and efficiently. The bed was very comfortable, good hot shower, very clean. The staff here are also friendly and the breakfast was good. All this at a really good price.br/br/I almost wished I stayed here another night if I didnt have to fly home, it was cozy and nearby to 711 and Family Mart for snacks. br/br/From here to the Taipei Airport was only $440 and took 20 mins, cant beat it.
