It is a small hotel near the Taoyuan train station (about 10 min walk). It provides shuttle service from the station to the hotel. It is also very near to the ZhongZheng road which is the shopping area. It is also near the bus station (5 min walk) so that one can take it as a base to travel around Taoyuan area such as Dasi and Xiao Wu Lai. The reception staff is helpful and patient in giving directions and answering of questions.br/br/The room is clean and spacious. The beds are comfortable and daily housekeeping is prompt. However, some guests seemed to be secretly smoking even though it is non-smoking rooms. Upon telling the hotel, they are very prompt in freshening the room. The frosted glass of the toilet and toilet doors may too translucent for those who travel with friends.br/br/It was great service to have the breakfast sent to the room. However, the staff made a mistake during our stay to send them at 6.30am instead of 9.30am on the second day. It badly disrupted my sleep as I am those kind that has a hard time getting back to sleep after being awaken. Although the reception staff is apologetic but damage is already done.br/br/Another advantage is that they provide free shuttle service to the airport. It is really nice of them to provide us with packed breakfast early in the morning so that we can have them at the airport.br/br/There are a few steps of stairs before the lift and it is slightly dangerous for those with heavy luggage. The elderly and clumsy ones must also be careful while climbing it.br/br/Overall, for the reasonable price of the hotel, it is a value stay.

This hotel is nothing to write home to mom about. The best thing it has going for it is the free airport pick-up/drop-off shuttle service, which is the reason why we booked it for a one-night stop-over stay. br/Even though I reminded hotel reception of our airport pick-up time the day before, they were almost an hour late picking us up. On top of that, they had to do another passenger pick-up at the train station after picking us up. So we ended up checking in really late on a Sunday. To their credit, they did grant us a late check-out the next day since our flight was in the early evening. And the shuttle van was prompt at taking us back to the airport, with no additional pick-ups along the way. br/Our hotel room was the kind of room where you want to keep your socks on or use slippers, with mystery stains and cigarette burns in the carpet. This was even less comforting after discovering the Asian porn channel on the TV (channel 14 for those who are so inclined).br/The hotel is located within easy walking distance of downtown Taoyuan City and the commuter train station located there. However, it is a little far from dowtown Taipei if you intend to spend a lot of time there. It takes about an hour to get to downtown Taipei, if you include your walk from the hotel. br/Hotel staff are quite friendly, and it was a bonus to have breakfast included. We did not receive any fruit basket, as indicated by previous reviewers.

Nice room quite good location. Short walk to the Train Station and shopping mall. Staffs go all the way out to help make our stay good including helping us booking of taxis advising us on our queries...br/br/Very helpful staffs who help us search for and contact a hospital with children department when our baby fell badly sick during the trip making sure it is open during the weekend. Remembered the lady on duty who tried to help me carry out the over sized luggages down the stairs during checkout when the rest of my family is still in hospital.br/br/Cons: Lift is at 2nd Level Need to carry up luggage up the short staircase. br/Toilet door is translucent especially when water splashed on it! Please take note if you are going with a female friend.

我在去台湾前一周从北京打了国际长途告知了航班号并且预约接机，结果到了那里之后根本没有人来接我，他们还让我等2小时。到了那里之后房间非常小，淋浴设施也很糟糕，最主要的是没有冷热水恒温装置，洗澡的时候水忽冷忽热。热水壶也是坏的。除了早餐还算不错剩下的简直都是糟糕。虽说是三星级但是和北京的三星级酒店根本没法比！总之就是和照片上的完全不一样

旅馆位于台铁桃园站附近,从车站走过来大概10分钟。br/这家旅馆的一大卖点是有前往桃园机场的免费接送。也就是说,适合计划在桃园机场转机,而又想住得便宜的游客。br/至于酒店建筑本身比较普通,房间大概十几平米,除了床铺,还有台湾产的液晶电视、什么都没有的小冰箱、小衣柜,另外浴室里有浴缸。浴室和寝室之间有落地玻璃隔开。br/建筑规模小,共6层,有24间客房,前台基本只有一名员工。br/至于早餐,可以事先预约时间,到时就会有人端点小吃过来。

我请在台湾机场的旅行咨询处联系一下旅馆询问一下他们的客运服务。旅馆找不到我的预付的Orbiz预订。但是,十分钟后,他们回电说,他们已经找br/br/到预订,但是由于Orbiz 并没有通知他们我的抵达时间。br/br/我得自己从机场去旅馆(21.00 的出租车费)。我当初订这家旅馆主要是因为他们提供免费的接送服务。旅馆的服务还行,但房间和区位只是一般般了。回去时我搭乘贯穿台湾假期城市列车。就我来说,那个旅馆是#1。

尽管这里没有很棒的餐馆,但是他们可以根据你的点餐和首选时间,送早餐到你的门前,真诚又有礼貌地为你服务!这是我第一次不用花高价就享受到了这么特别又精致的服务。下次旅行一定还会来这里!喜星经典旅馆的服务员们,继续努力!干杯!

我是绿熊。这一次我需要在台北转机。我还是第一次在桃园机场转机。我越调查越觉得前途一片黑暗。机场内的酒店只有BR的招待所。我是不能去住的。餐厅到时候也会关门。而且去台北市内也很远,酒店的性价比也不高。桃园机场果然不适合转机啊……这时,我看到了这家酒店的主页!然后就立刻预订了,他们的回复也很快速礼貌。我感觉这里会很不错,不过直到到那里之前我都有点担心。br/一到酒店就有酒店的员工来迎接哦,车子也闪闪发光,非常舒服。这种服务居然是免费的,太感动了。然后大堂也有员工集体欢迎我,我选择这里真是太明智了。前台的姐姐日语很好,人也很好。我的房间很可爱,非常舒服,还有大大的液晶电视。当然还有卡通台!位置也很好哦。稍微走几步就到地铁站前的百货商店了。我都看花眼了。这里实在太棒了,我回城转机的时候也住了这里,感觉像是回家了一样!?br/对于成天在天上飞的我来说,喜星旅馆简直就是个天堂啊!!姐姐,我肯定还会去的哦,别忘了我哦~
