淡季出游性价比真的太高了，我们从北疆一路玩到南疆，这个价格绝对的物超所值，也是我们此次行程觉得最划算的4钻酒店，从进门就有一种宾至如归的感觉，大哥帮忙拿行李，还会直接送到酒店，而且前台小姐姐服务态度巨好，还有酒店吃的氂牛肉汤锅，味道也很不错，最最最重要的是价格也很划算100的两人套餐，根本吃不完！早餐也很不错哟！睡前还给我们准备了热牛奶，入住是还有准备水果、面膜，会提前帮忙打开空调，晚上还会给我们的车车盖被子！退房还给贴心准备了水果，酸奶和矿泉水！真的很喜欢！

这家酒店我可以説是塔县第一，设施环境衞生都没得説，尤其服务，很用心，主动给车前窗盖上罩子，半夜饥肠辘辘赶到酒店还送一桶泡麪，每天一份水果一袋伴手礼，晚上会送牛奶，真的很贴心，五星酒店我都没见过这么贴心的服务

老板没喊我写好评，我完全是出于对雪上酒店的真心认可写来写的，这还是我第一次主动写好评。
位置很便利，酒店门口就是连绵的雪山，我住一楼全景落地窗直接看雪山，早上我直接在酒店三楼看的日照金山。
服务没得説，送了一大堆小礼物，晚上还给我们送两杯氂牛奶，暖心到爆。
餐饮也很到位，早上早餐品种丰富，酒店三楼还能边看雪山边吃氂牛火锅，入住客人火锅还打折。

Nice clean hotel. Breakfast is mostly Chinese breakfast. Not much else. I was expecting some other local breakfast also, for example local Tajik breakfast. Otherwise the hotel is nice, shower and bathroom are modern and clean.

Hotel is super pretty and well maintained! Laundry room was well functioning! Excellent service from the team when we arrived,greeted us, showed us the room which had oxygen tank to help us with altitude, and also provided very nice breakfast! Will definitely book here again when I’m back!

We stayed for a night,and totally loved the stay. They upgraded us to villa, it was a pleasure to find such warm hospitality and smart room with all modern facilities in the room. The location is fantastic. Breakfast is chinese , wish they had western options too. Hotel has self serviced laundry also. The view of Pamir range as you step out of hotel is amazing.
Staff is super helpful and warm.
Will definitely visit again
