  The room view was stunning—we booked the Ferris Wheel Suite. The location is convenient, and the breakfast was decent. However, the check-in process was very disappointing. We arrived around 3:00 pm, the official check-in time, but the reception was overcrowded and understaffed. After waiting, we were told our room was still not ready and would take another hour. We were exhausted from traveling and very frustrated, especially considering we paid over 4,000 for two nights. We expected a much smoother and more efficient check-in experience.

  非常好，很满意～前台小姐姐态度很好，大厅很气派，早餐也很棒，离天津眼很近，夜景非常漂亮，一次很棒的旅行～

  整体很满意！入住很快，房间乾净，坐电梯碰到服务人员还给了孩子一个橘子，孩子很开心！下次再来天津还是会选择这家酒店！美中不足就是停车等了好久好久，看到有人还因此吵起来，希望下次再来的时候能改善！全5??哦！

  酒店位置非常不错，在天津眼的附近，但是这个地方对于地铁来说不是很方便，因为附近的地铁站都要2公里的样子。卫生环境，因为是老的酒店地毯其实还是比较脏的，然后卫生间的密封条方面的卫生也不是做得很到位，然后酒店的空调真的是冬天开得非常热，还好这个房间可以开窗把空调关掉开窗之后，温度还是比较合适。其他健身房和泳池其实都还挺不错的人也少。 还有一点，我觉得这个床有点过于软，然后又有点老咯吱咯吱响，电视实在是太老了，又不能投屏屏幕又小清晰度也不高，能看的台也少。总的来说这个酒店就是比较老了，如果维护硬件更新影响的话会比较较好，总体来说还不错。?

  房间很乾净，交通也很便利，摩天轮景观房的景观绝美，可惜下雪，照片拍的不透亮。 躺浴缸里泡澡看美景，解压至极 这个房型一年四季的景都会特别美 携程订的，积分抵扣，一共便宜快二百块，太值了
