元旦假期带孩子到天津玩，酒店离海洋博物馆，方特，航母都很近。工作人员都很热情，碰到都微笑打招呼。

前台小姐姐升级了房间，房间乾净整洁，隔音也很好，睡眠很好，如果有什么需求，直接call前台，很快就会响应，服务很周到。外面有机器人送到房门门口。

酒店设备挺新的，服务也热情，就是地暖房间温度高，再加上酒店准备的都是厚被子，好热，打客服电话让调低温度，效果不明显，也不同意全关了，晚上热得特别燥，没睡好

前台服务人员特别赞，友好热情效率高，房间整洁有序，床软硬适中，睡得超香，矿泉水管够^整个入住满意且愉快～ 如果一定要提点建议，早餐可以再精致一些，不过已经性价比极高了～

设施：酒店很新，房间里空气清洗。房间里有地热，晚上不用开空调，睡觉不用盖被子。
衞生：区别于快捷酒店，无论是床单还是衞生间都很乾净。
环境：房间很宽敞，孩子活动空间宽敞。晚上无敌安静，睡到自然醒了。
服务：办入住时前台送了小礼物，还有小拖鞋和小牙刷，很贴心。
不足:早餐区域有点小，吃饭排队，菜品还可以，能吃饱。

位置好，离海洋馆挺近。房间视野很好，装修有品味，人不多挺清净的。房间在1月份也不冷不需要开空调，隔音好非常安静。餐厅早餐品种多样，可口。衞生间乾净，淋浴热水充足。服务也很周到。唯一不足就是有些味道应该是新装修的原因可能是地毯什么的挥发。

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel and overall it exceeded my expectations. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, which made it easy to relax after a long day. The bed was especially comfortable, and the room was quiet at night, allowing for good rest.
The staff were polite, professional, and helpful whenever I had questions. Check-in and check-out were both smooth and efficient. The hotel is located in a convenient area, with easy access to transportation, restaurants, and daily necessities, which made getting around very easy.
I also appreciated the overall atmosphere of the hotel—it felt calm and well organized. For the price, the value is excellent, and everything was handled properly during my stay. I would definitely consider staying here again in the future and would recommend it to travelers looking for a comfortable and reliable place to stay.

There is a small convenience store downstairs but not much food choices available nearby. Able to wash and dry clothes.
