  国庆节期间订的酒店，在五大道区商业区，交通真的非常方便，2条地铁线营口道地铁口出来转个弯就到，过条马路就是大悦城，几百米就到西开大教堂，周围好吃的好逛的太多了！酒店环境乾净，虽然在闹市也不吵，还有入住欢迎水果，工作人员态度也都不错～

  办理入住时，前台的一位女性工作人员全程态度极差，让人觉得莫名其妙的程度，好像我欠她钱一样，下午朋友到达办理入住也是一样被这莫名其妙的带着火气的服务态度搞懵。 酒店设施比较陈旧，淋浴间没有顶喷，窗帘手拉，窗户开着没有纱窗会进小飞虫。 每天早上6点会准时被教堂的钟声吵醒，两天都是一样，睡不了一个完整的觉。 衞生情况极差，床单，被罩，都有大块污渍，更离谱的是床上还有不明塑料条，由于当天回酒店躺下已经凌晨2点了所以懒得再折腾只好将就了两晚。

  Very centrally located and just a short distance to 2 lines of the metro system. A few malls with great restaurants are situated around the hotel. However, it is a bit old, and will do very well after a much needed upgrade. Overall, we are very appreciative of the service staff who took the extra mile to ensure that our stay was comfortable.

  酒店地理位置优越，离西开教堂徒步5分钟。 过天桥100米就是滨江道 。酒店周围商场、餐饮、超市众多， 非常便利。 前台工作人员和大堂经理工作非常认真负责、耐心周到 。由于当天到店时间较早， 酒店前一天满房客人还没有退房。 前台工作小妹妹和大堂经理， 耐心帮我查找可能提早退房的房间， 并暖心提议赠送早餐券以免我长时间等待。细致贴心令人感动。是非常值得推荐的酒店。
