We had a great stay , the location is right beside train station and bus terminal so you can go almost anywhere. Service staff Ms Zhang QiQi and her taller colleague were fantastic, going another mile to help us. Lots of food options around hotel too, and theres a 5km shopping belt right underground the hotel.

前台服务人员非常热情，房间设施衞生整洁，虽然离火车站很近，但房间里非常安静，做到出现问题随时解决，车场工作人员非常负责

乾净衞生，热情周到，服务态度端正，还免费升级，停车方便，房间布局合理，床品柔软舒适，隔音效果极佳，一夜好眠！
衞生细节到位，浴室无水渍，床单被套无异味，住得安心。

设施：本次入住体验感极差！半夜1:10左右电视竟然会自己开机，声音特别大，睡的正沉一下就被吓醒了，起来关了电视10分钟后又自己开机了，再次关机2分钟后又自己开机了（有录像）！大半夜的这不是吓人吗！带长者一起出来旅游的，长者吓坏了，后来来了一位保安吧电视拆下来把电视后的插座拔下来才算完事！处理完之后毫无睡意，一家人快3点才睡！第二天早上酒店也没有主动解释道歉解释，还是我自己问的，前台淡淡的説可能是线路问题！睡眠不足导致第二天的行程玩的一点不愉快！
环境：衞生间特别小，配套设施准备的不好，拖鞋牙刷等都不够份数！
服务：服务一般，不是很热情，处理问题不积极！
整体来讲体验感极差！给后续需要入住的一点参考！

房间不错，超出想象，尤其是还有单独阳台，虽靠火车站，但一点也不吵。前台服务人员小王不管是问路还是谘询当地交通美食时都非常热情，停车场一位大叔对游客车辆安全停放也非常尽职尽责，还有一位小李的前台人员店后服务也非常尽职。

We booked a non-smoking room, however there are ash trays in every room. We have to change room twice because of the smell in our room. We booked a 2 night stay but we cancelled after 1 night and changed hotel.

Short drive from TianShui Bei Railway Station into the hotel. ￥13 via taxi. Easy to exit via bus 1 alternatively. Shops and eateries closed by.
Rooms are good and new.

Clean, staff are friendly and helpful. Good location to 步行街. Beware, close to the old train station but not the high speed train station.
