地理位置很不错，电车、地铁线路很多步行距离也很近？酒店很干净，风景很不错，也相当安静且房间还是比较大的能满足出差办公需要，大块头也能睡得舒服。唯一的问题就是家俱比较老旧，灯光比较昏暗，不过完全不影响住宿。

Hotel Metropolitan Tokyo Ikebukuro location is very close to the JR Line and subway station. It is very easy to get to any destination you wanna go. Room is clean and comfortable. Also the staffs are very nice as well. I will definitely stay in this hotel in future.

Airport limousine directly arrive at the hotel from either NARITA Airport or Haneda Airport. Breakfast buffet is served both western and Japanese style.
Front desk, concierge, restaurant service staff are courteous and very professional treating customers as friends and families. House keeping staff are very polite and friendly and keeping the rooms in tip top condition. Would always go back for stay whether long or short trips.

Of the 3 areas I stayed this trip (Ueno, Shinjuku, Ikebukuro) I will absolutely stay in this hotel my next trip to Tokyo! In terms of location, service, price and big room size, this hotel is the best bang for your buck. I changed room the last day and the staff helped me move all my food from the fridge, luggage and laundry to the next room. The room is a bit old but they provide everything--they even provide a lightning cable, micro usb and C cable for charging your equipment! In addition, everything you need is near the hotel-several dept stores, restaurants, Izakaya etc and it's less hectic than Shinjuku. Location on Yamanote line is also perfect bc you're in between Shibuya and Akihabara, not far from either. ?There is also a direct JR train from Ikebukuro to Kamakura which was perfect for a day trip. The Airport limo leaves from the hotel which is super convenient if you have heavy luggage (need to book at hotel concierge). Or you can take thectrain to Nippori and change to the Skyliner which takes 1 hour. Bus needs 2 hrs. Amazing hotel, highly recommend.

The transportation is so convenient and shopping mall is nearby. Grill seafood restaurant is also be found.

饭店人员服务态度非常好，这次预定是10楼的双床房型，两个28寸大的行李箱打开都没问题??
住宿位置离池袋热闹的地方很近走路大约10分钟内就到达了！还有很多好吃的热门拉面跟炸牛排都很近
