I think this is a strategic hotel for first timers. The bus from Haneda airport drops passengers off to this hotel, no walking, trains or taxis required. To Shinjuku Station is roughly 7 minutes on foot. There is 1 Family Mart in front of the Shinjuku Washington Hotel & other nearby Konbinis. Room is small but bigger than APA, got 2 rooms for the family as the had no rooms to accommodate 4 pax. The receptionist was really helpful, provided umbrellas for us to use as it was raining. Rooms are clean, amenities available at the lobby. Love this place & really miss Japan. Planning another trip for 2025 & this will be on our list.

酒店离开地铁站稍远 要走十分钟路程 尚可接受 房间特别细小 在房内打开一个旅行喼也要有技巧 酒店内有很多餐厅选择 以cp值来说 算合格有馀

看中的是机场大巴能直达酒店。我们到达羽田T3的时间是19:45，可以赶20:50和21:50两个时间点的大巴能到酒店主楼门口。车程50分钟，从T3出发，依次到T2,T1,再上客。
大巴有清晰的到站中文和语音提醒，不用怕坐过站。到达后，面对主楼的右手边有条花园路，穿过后右边边就是附楼，附楼直梯到三楼有自助机器也可以人工，就能拿到房卡。
我们是1276房，最里间，有个转角，多一点点面积。
行李间、洗衣房（需要100面值硬币，也可以1000纸币兑换），吸烟室都在三楼。
离新宿站走不到10分钟，可以走地下通道，也可以走大马路。
到周边玩坐bus特别方便。附近Sompo 美术馆收藏了梵高的向日葵，门票只有500yan不要错过！

酒店位置一般，离新宿站很远，走路要15分钟。隔音不太好，而且房间内有一种灰尘的感觉，不一会我手机上蒙了一层毛毛。房间大小不说了，唯一的优势就是从机场出来有大巴直接到酒店。

环境：去羽田机场出发还是比较方便的，有直达的机场巴士车，行李多多也不怕，全程超顺畅，赞一个！而且，酒店距离京王百货超近，只要悠闲地散步10分钟就到啦~
服务：前台设在酒店的2楼，很方便找到，工作人员也很热心耐心哦~
卫生：一进房间，干净整洁到不行，卫生状况绝对满分！（????）
设施：就是房间嘛，大家都懂的，东京的标准尺寸，小巧又精致，窗户不大，不过温馨感满满呢~
总之，这次住宿体验性价比高，比较舒适，希望给到大家有用的讯息。

遇到台风延住一夜，在附楼。各种设施与主楼的一样，房间设施比较新，可能客人多，服务方面略逊色于主楼，总体感觉还是不错的。出行特别方便，离新宿站步行10分钟，对面就是都厅，酒店门口就有机场大巴，需要提前完成购票（网上或一楼服务处）。

The hotel room was surprisingly very large and cozy. The hotel lies less than 1 Km away from Shinjuku station. In 1st floor and B1 are plenty of restaurants and shops.
The price is reasonable and I can only recommend this hotel.
When I go to Tokyo next time, I'll definitely book this hotel again.

From the second night, the room temperature was higher and not feeling cool. So I had called front desk around 1:30am and asked if they were going to do adjustment for the air conditionertemperature.Unfortunately the male staff said there’s nothing they could do because it’s control by central so there’s nothing they can do about it.
Then I need to turn on the strongest power of filter air machine to make the air circulation.
So me and my husband wake up few times before the temperature is too warm and we’re sweating.
So if the customer just like me afraid hot then I’m not really recommend.
