The best hotel in Tokyo I would say! From stepping out the airport limousine bus, the service of the hotel was superb ! The welcoming staff put a ladder for us to walk down from the bus and collected all our luggage in no time ! We were too overwhelmed to be greeted by numerous smiling staff and happy to see the beautiful rose blossoms arrangement in the centre of the lobby !
Room: spacious and classics !
Bonus: daily newspapers are placed outside your room every single day !
Location : close to Hibiya station and the royal palace and Ginza area!
Heard that they are undergoing renovations and will be completed in 2035, looking forward to revisit again when times come !

Steps away from Hiviya station (A13 exit) , As one of the older more established hotel brand in Japan, for 135 years. EVERYTHING was impeccable. One could have dinning option at any budget level just near the back of the hotel exit, and less than 10 minutes walk to and from Ginza area where you can shop til you drop! This is my first time staying but I will be back for sure in the future.

带着妈妈旅游。因为喜欢老酒店以及一直想亲眼看看这坨大厅的花来入住了这家。可能定了一个最低价，塔楼27层对皇居那边的房间不到1700，没含早饭。早饭两个人要600，虽然大众点评标注是东京美食第一名，但搜了评价时候还是没狠下心。酒店比较老，公区部分都和我想象的一样很漂亮。但塔楼的房间真的蛮简陋的。有一种国内90年代老五星的简陋感。好在衞生搞的不错，窗外景观也很美。而且果然第二天早上在门外收到了英文报纸。服务也没话説，办理完入住服务生全程拎着箱子送我们去房间又介绍了一遍。可惜当天大浴场在维修没泡上，略微有点可惜。进出看到很多美美的日本老太太还是有点不好意思的和那朵花合影。虽然我太胖了就只照了景，但果然还是值得来看一下的。

酒店很棒，在日本酒店来説房间算宽敞的，虽然酒店年代久远，但维护的非常好，印象最深的是酒店的细腻服务，乾净的衞生以及高品质的早餐，我们放在桌上的眼镜会给垫上眼镜布，所有酒店人员见面都会问好，帮忙拿行李，看我们在拍照还会主动询问是否需要帮忙，是一次愉快的居住体验。

体验顶级服务的老牌饭店！
本次入住塔楼房的30F…爱大夜景??
1. 地点不用多说，超～方便?走去银座很方便
2. 房间不大，配备算旧不过质感蛮好?床也很好睡
3. 早餐必吃，17楼的自助餐～早去免排队??
（塔楼这栋离吸烟区较远）
（塔楼房是八角窗，窗帘全开要注意?两片玻璃反射会完整看到隔壁房的靠外那张床??）

The location is superb, near hibiya park. All facilities are well managed. I like indoor pool, onsen and sauna the most.
