对于池袋周边的酒店来説，性价比还算是可以的，比周边的酒店都要便宜.房间也不是很小，就是床对着门口有点怪怪的，可能有些年代了，所以一些设施比较陈旧，被罩也有一些污渍，价格摆在这，东京市三百以内的价格已经算很好了。房间还有微波炉，这个确实非常好。去池袋地铁站1.2公里左右，附近六百米也有个地铁站也有山手线，这个更方便.

交通便利、服务良好、备品ㄧ应俱全，大塚车站旁有百货超市，前往饭店的途中也有二家社区型超市、全家超商，7-11则在饭店马路对面。住了三晚没听到躁音，房间不会太小，2个30寸的行李箱可以同时打开，价格划算、是中规中矩的商务型饭店。

Stayed for 9 nights. The bed was comfy for me especially the pillow which really support my neck. Some might find the bed firm but compared to the hard mattress found in China, I prefer this bed. Rubbish are to be thrown away ourselves at the parking area 1st floor - separate them based in burnable or unburnable. Garbage bags from lobby. Other toiletries can be taken same place. No cleaning done but can change towels and bed sheet from lobby. No issues as I kept the room neat and tidy and threw rubbish daily. The nearest metro is either Otsuka or Shin-Otsuka. I prefer Otsuka about 10 min walk but be aware it's a slight uphill walk but bearable. I like the quietness of the area, there's a very delicious udon place and another nice Beef restaurant next to the hotel. Do take the limousine bus from Narita or Haneeq and stop at Sunshine City hotel or bus stop. About 10 min walk away, very convenient.

It's in a quiet neighborhood that's about 700m to the Otsuka station. On the main street not hard to find. Amenities are self service, towels and garbage is self service also. Every day you can drop dirty towels and exchange for new ones. Garbage wise you have to take it to the collection room outside.

位置在大马路非常容易找到行路到车站大约10分钟亦非常方便，在街外有很多美食小店，酒店内职员非常亲切友善，
