老牌酒店，晴空塔房型景色一马平川，不过房间有一些旧了，边边角角还是有些岁月痕迹，服务还是很不错，位置也好，三越的美食广场很好

酒店服务很好..今天要check out 去热海旅行，本来还担心行李check out 后要放东京站locker,原来酒店可以把行李放多一天也不另外收费，?实在太好了

太喜欢东京文华东方了。因为是会员，房间被升级了。房间挺大的，一排的落地窗可以观赏到东京的风景。服务也非常好！早餐是文华的特色，品种很多。

这家文华东方酒店已经是第二次入住了，感觉由于是新年假期期间，服务水准自然是一贯秉承文华的传统很到位，可是总有一丝令人不是感觉那么好的地方。例如时有时无的礼宾，简单而礼貌的拒绝一些合理的要求，很多时候，没办法说太多具体内容，各位看官多多理解。
