Initial Room Issues:
Upon settling into our room, we were immediately disturbed by a persistent cracking sound coming from the windows. It was loud enough to wake us up multiple times throughout the night, occurring every 5 to 10 minutes. This was incredibly frustrating, particularly after a long day of travel.
Response to Complaints:
The next morning, we reported the issue to the front desk and speculated that the noise might be coming from one side of the building. We requested to switch to a room on the opposite side before heading out for sightseeing. However, upon our return later that evening, we were given a room on the same noisy side, just one level up. This felt dismissive of our concerns and came across as a lackluster attempt to resolve our issue. It seemed as though they thought we were merely seeking an upgrade rather than genuinely wanting a quiet place to rest.
Final Room Change:
After expressing our dissatisfaction once more, the staff finally moved us to another room on the opposite side of the building. While this room was slightly larger and had the benefit of not placing the bed right next to the window, the cracking sound persisted. Although it wasn’t as disruptive as before, it was still disappointing that the initial concerns hadn’t been fully addressed.
Culinary Highlight:
On a positive note, the food at the hotel’s restaurant was excellent. The dinner was delicious and a highlight of our stay.
Conclusion:
While the restaurant offered great meals, the room issues and lack of effective communication left much to be desired. I hope the hotel can improve its responsiveness to guest complaints in the future.

酒店位於虎之门山地铁站，交通十分方便，提前到了一点，因为有房空出来，前台小姐姐给我们提前办了check in. 房间景观很棒，可看东京塔。早餐在一楼，餐食种类多，有一部分餐食需要另点，我们觉得不用另点也足够了。 房间里可以欣赏到晨、昏、夜的东京塔。

非常喜欢地理位置真的很好，房间很简约，装修风格很喜欢在虎之门地铁站出行非常方便，可以去到很多地方非常推荐

楼下就有地铁站，出行方便。虎之门hills里有超市药粧店和买手店等等，购物也很方便。酒店还有lounge可以休息。

虎之门酒店的位置很方便，b2层直通日比谷线虎之门之丘站，大厦里面餐厅很多，还有个药粧店，很方便。房间面积不算大，但是景色很喜欢，塔景房可以看到东京塔。总体很满意。

Location is very convenient to go around the Tokyo. All services and breakfast are excellent. If my husband and I visit Tokyo again, we will definitely choose it.

房房间很舒适，有一张沙发床，特别适合2人带孩子出行，孩子可以自己睡一张床。11层有24小时休息区，有免费饮料水果，还可以看到东京塔。早餐种类不多，但很精致。酒店人员都很友好，服务细致。
地理位置很好，楼下有日比谷线和银座线。去银座、六本木、皇居、东京塔都很近。
走时还买了虎之门特有的银色哆啦A梦纪念品。总之是一次非常棒的旅行经历。

位置和景观没説的 酒店楼下贯穿地铁站交通也便利 早餐选择口味真的很一般但是可以单点还行 东京真的没啥意思感觉没离开上海一样
