房间很舒适，酒店位置很好，从羽田机场过来1 小时内到，而且是推大行李都很舒服的路。房间需少，但应有尽有，几新净，我只在这酒店留一晚，要求简单。按摩椅很正！

房间可以很乾净设施齐全，外面走累了房间里还有还有按摩很舒服。洗手间虽但是里面还是很好的很乾净，就是房间窗户不能打开，其他都OK，简单大方乾净整洁。

房间小 无浴缸 适合一个人独自旅行的 28寸行李箱是打不开的 晚上周边也是很安静 非常安全的一个区域 但是便利店跟用餐都不用愁 总体来説 一个人住的话非常适合！推荐

Stayed there for 3 nights. First impression when I entered the room was a funky smell. I had to use quite a fair bit of my own perfume to mask up the smell. Location wise, although it is located right above the metro which is served by the Ginza Line, this line is not a particularly convenient line as it does not go to quite a number of places I wanted to visit. Perhaps this issue lies with my itinerary, so it might not apply to all.
On one of the days, I left my room at 8.30am and returned at 1pm. Room was not made up despite me putting up the sign for them to do so. Took a rest and went down to the front desk to request for a room make up and was told there was no staff after 2pm. Very disappointed as I had uncleared trash in my room and drinking water was not replenished. The Indian staff at the front desk did nothing to mitigate the situation and thats really bad.
I was also given a high floor to stay in but notice that the noise from the road was quite bad. Seems like a place where fast cars like to be around.

The room size is great comparing from others in this area. I used to stay in remm akihabara before, I preferred Ktobashi than Alikhabara. The elevator is better. But the cleanliness is not that good, there was a lot of dust in the room and bed.

酒店楼下就有7-11，门口一出来也有地铁入口，但要走楼梯。
但注意这家酒店的厕所只有淋浴，没有浴缸。
走去银座大概10-15分钟，就一条直路。

和妈妈一起的出行，其中有一个应该是印度小哥，我忘了他的名字了，非常耐心帮我们看去伊豆高铁行程时间，还帮我们打印出时间表，太贴心了！9.7晚上值班的小哥
还有酒店柚子味的湿纸巾和洗发水也很好闻～

**超乎预期的完美住宿体验！**
这间酒店的设施非常优质，特别是提供按摩椅的服务，让旅途疲惫瞬间消散。整体衞生情况无可挑剔，房间与公共区域皆保持一尘不染。地理位置更是无敌，步行至地铁站仅需片刻，无论购物或观光都极其便利。
最令人印象深刻的是员工的专业服务，态度亲切且效率极高，处处展现贴心。早餐选择丰富多样，食材新鲜、口味出色，为每一天开启完美序幕。
