Very good hotel but unfortunately during my stay the aircon is down, sadly.
Hotel management should review their maintenance aircon work, certain hotel zone must have air conditioning so as not to create discomfort to the hotel guests.

This hotel location is good and easily to access train, night market and departmental stores. Staffs are helpful and upgraded our room.

本人极少为酒店点评，开车从广州到四川只是路过铜仁，住了锦江宾馆，睡觉+温泉+吃晚饭只停了铜仁12个小时。 印象是铜仁市的马路实在太烂了。 但极普通的一个三缐城市居然有这六星级性价比的酒店。 前台小姐胡敏必须加她2粒星。 只给她简单说了几句，她主动升级了 26楼的房间。 4000元人民币的酒店我住过。这几百元的居然给出8星级的房间及胡少姐8星服务， 必须要介绍朋友来，下次我本人再开长途四川 也必须遶路来铜仁锦江的

I had a comfortable stay. I do not speak Chinese and generally struggled a lot during the trip. The staff were very accommodating and helpful to assist in many ways including finding a restaurant, arranging transportations and even buying a SIM card. Definitely recommended.

住宿是经过了精挑细选，既要位置好，交通便利，又要价格适中，最后选中了锦江宾馆。出高铁站，不到十分钟就到了酒店门口，一座28层大楼映入眼球。酒店位于市中心，锦江河畔。我们订的是江景房，房间乾净整洁，窗外风景胜似优美，尤其是晚上的夜景，名副其实的小香港。河那边就是中南门古城。我觉得这次铜仁游最有体验感的是酒店内的温泉，没想到在喧闹的市中心居然藏有这么一方静谧。

这家“锦江”本以为肯定很老，想不到里面设施还很新，早餐，菜品很丰富，服务员微笑提醒再拿点餐，问候新年好，超级温暖哈[强]
性价比太高啦，物超所值

服务员很贴心，一来到就帮忙把行李拿上去，因为我的车超高，也帮忙仔细的找停车场，服务非常贴心，看到我小女儿脚小没有説就送上小拖鞋，也多送了几瓶水，因为给了一点小建议也送了水果，温泉因为我们去晚了，所以呢就没有办法泡，但是第二天还是可以泡的，自助餐也是非常的好，暖气非常的暖，住在江边很安静，所以决定再继续多住一晚，好好感受铜仁和酒店。

和朋友一起出来玩，订了一个靠市中心的位置，房间乾净整洁，很不错。前台吴甜小姐姐服务很不错，给我推荐了高楼层的房间入住，看夜景很奈斯。去古城很方便，步行10分钟吧！推荐！点赞????

到前台才订的房间，前台接待非常耐心地回答了我的问题，给我安排了满意的房间和带温泉和旱餐的套餐。房间很大，分区清晰，可以俯瞰江景。离古城很近，吃东西和出行都很方便。自助早餐很不错，有当地特色小吃。

One day I forgot my bag in my hotel room and left without it. One employee (邓敏）took time out of their day to assist me in getting my bag back. After a couple of days, I got everything back . The customer service here is amazing! Another thing is the room I stayed at was very clean and everything worked fine. The buffet here too was amazing, a lot of options and variety. Would recommend this hotel.
