The only not satisfied is smoking smell, make me and my family difficult to sleep and we are allergic to smoking because sinus. The road is uneven have walk slowly or wear suitable shoes. The hotel is super nice and worth staying.

酒店就在离西栅入口不远的地方，交通方便。衞生条件还可以，酒店的早餐丰富，客服小党服务周到细致，整体满意。

Amazing location, located inside the west gate scenic area. Nice breakfast, if you want to experience Wuzhen Zhao Cha Ke breakfast inside the scenic area, you can request it at the reception counter. Free 24hrs transport within the scenic area.
Cozy and clean, friendly staff. Free entrance tickets included to the west gate scenic area. Just leave your language at the West Gate scenic entrance registration counter and they will send them to your hotel free of charge.

通安离游客中心比较近，正好是景区的起点，地理位置比较方便！从到游客中心就有管家开始对接，协助办理入住一直带到房间。管家小袁提前就联系并且帮助我换成通安2号楼大床房，两天的行程随时在线给我们规划并随时给我们提出帮助。
