Porte des toilettes qui se casse à la première utilisation. Une prise pour 4 dans la chambre. La wifi de l’h?tel marche une fois sur 10. Petit déjeuner et pique nique mediocre deux biscotte avec de la gelée et un café. Et le pique nique deux sandwiches avec attention dans 1 pain avec une minuscule tranche de fromage et l’autre avec une minuscule tranche de mortadelle minuscule. Le repas du soir était pas mal.. pates en entrée et produit surgelé en plat.. Personnel sympa mais aucun autre point positif je ne recommande pas… L’eau de la douche (baignoire) ne peux pas être réglée soit gelée soit br?lante .. je regrette de ne pas avoir pris de photo

Centrally located. There was an electricity outage & stuck in elevator between floors. Staff helped later when air conditioning was not working. Staff helped arrange a taxi to go to Paraguay.

Supuestamente me habían recomendado este hotel, no obstante al momento de regresar del desayuno, ya se habían metido al cuarto a limpiar, en otras palabras me forzaron a hacer check out antes de la hora establecida, en ningún momento di autorización para que ingresen al cuarto a limpiar con mis cosas allí dentro, y tampoco entregué la llave. Hicieron que mi estadía aquí sea incómoda. Para variar salí al pasillo de de había una especie de sala a cargar mi celular y el joven que estaba barriendo no le importó que yo estuviera allí, levantando todo el polvo del piso a unos pasos de mi persona, una falta de respeto total.

I have been with my family in this hotel from 19-26 of June. The only good thing here was staff that was friendly. I chose this hotel based on photos that where in social media. When i went there i have been very disappointed. The elevator didnt go to the floor we were placed in, and we had to go through the stairs every day with the stroller and 10 months baby. Room was horrible, the bathroom was bad, tv didnt work. The view was good but there have no privacy because there is a short wall between balconies and every time you see other hotel guests there. Breakfast was poor , dinner was better, in dinner they dont serve no drinks just food and a glass of water. At all this was the worst hotel that i ever been

Buon hotel appena al di fuori del centro di Pietra Ligure. La camera era spaziosa e pulita e si vedeva il mare. La colazione era la “classica” che si può trovare in un’albergo. Al nostro arrivo i letti dei bambini non erano stati fatti. Appena dopo aver segnalato il problema è una volta usciti per la cena, lo staff ha rifatto i letti e aggiunto una spondina per il letto (sempre su nostra richiesta). Ottimo!

El hotel está muy bien ubicado, cerca a la Plaza de Armas. Me hospedé en una habitación individual y - para ser para una persona - era muy amplia, cómoda y muy limpia, superando mis expectativas. Contaba con una cama queen , una mesa de escritorio y silla, una mesa baja adicional (que se puede utilizar para colocar la maleta de mano), un ropero, TV y teléfono para comunicarse con recepción. Asimismo el hotel brinda Wifi el cual llegaba bien a la habitación. Lo único que podrían mejorar es el sistema de la cabeza de la ducha para que salga más presión de agua y de manera uniforme así como el flujo del agua caliente porque demora en salir. El hotel brinda desayuno americano, pero al parecer el día que me hospedé el hotel no brinda desayuno, por lo que derivan a los huéspedes al otro hotel de la cadena (El Gran Hotel Continental) para disfrutar de un desayuno buffet muy rico. Finalmente debo destacar la amabilidad y atención pronta del personal del hotel tanto de recepción como de botones. Asimismo cuentan con servicio de traslado gratuito del aeropuerto al hotel de lunes a sábado a través de un bus blanco muy limpio y cómodo Recomendaría este hotel sin dudas.

Simple, clean and perfect. A great place to stay in Zermatt. The staff were lovely and helpful, great choice for breakfast and altogether a great place to stay in Zermatt.

Great location right next to the train station and underground. Great breakfast and the bed is very comfortable. Easy walk to the old town. The only slight comment is the size of the room is a bit small.
