  Not a good experience overall. Room (carpet floor) was dirty. TV not working. Door hardly closing without smashing it. Gym and Pool closed (works are ongoing at different floors of the hotel) that were the main reason for choosing the hotel instead of others. Breakfast so-so. The hotel might have been great some years ago and if well maintained could be great, but there might be better options around. Popular for weddings, though (almost one every morning). Not far from shopping malls (quite empty in any case) and next to river walk or mountain park walks (Nanshan/Xishan). Hope this review helps when deciding...

  中央空调老响了！特别响，电话不好使，我是1520，电话竟然是1510、电话都不能用，送餐也不到，现在太差了！

  酒店环境优美，设施设备齐全，前台服务态度好，办理手续很快，给升级房间，还送了欢迎水果，服务员主动帮忙送行里，酒店内有游泳池和健身房，住店客人可以免费体验，房间很舒适，备品齐全，光线明亮，视野开阔，早餐美味可口，种类齐全，停车场很大，特别方便，好评

  酒店有一点老了，但五星级是够标准的，泳池很棒，健身房一般。在瓦房店的话价格稍显高一点了。服务很好，停车场大，方便。

  Earlier it was a good hotel but now it’s Worst Hotel. No service, drainage system in bathroom is choking up. So horrible. Water spreads everywhere in bathroom, can’t take bath.
