这家酒店是离开大熊猫苑博物馆最近的位置，环境很好。
酒店很新，内部乾净整洁，浴室的浴帘还没来得及装??入住时候是淡季，只有一个小哥，忙不过来但是态度很好，房间有点小问题也马上帮忙更换。
早餐在楼下，也是只有一个小哥负责，非常忙碌，不过态度极好。早餐的米粉和荷包蛋都是现做，品种不多，但是都很好吃。
入住一晚遇上夜里大雨，听着雨声入睡真的感觉很好。第二天山里云雾缭绕的，如童话仙境，大熊猫在这个环境中能不生生不息吗哈哈哈！非常非常放松和惬意的一次旅行。

设施不善，服务冷漠，一次令人极度失望的住宿体验
我们于7月19日入住蜀悦·大栖地酒店。酒店外观虽然簇新，但实际住宿体验却是我在全球各地旅行中最差的一次。
首先，酒店完全没有电梯，我们需要自行搬运所有行李走上近二十级楼梯才能到达大堂，前往二楼的房间更要再走超过三十级楼梯，过程没有任何职员协助，对长者或行动不便的旅客极不友善。
其次，服务极不专业。中午一点到达时房间未准备好，要求寄存行李时，职员既没有提供任何行李牌作凭证，亦没有将行李上锁，仅随意放置在前台附近，让人感到非常不安全。
最令人难以置信的是，以酒店规格营运的住宿，房间内竟然没有冷气。我们预订的是相连房，因没有冷气而向酒店要求风扇，职员却态度僵硬地回覆「一间房只能配一把风扇」，完全无视我们实际的需要，拒绝提供额外风扇，但我们的房间是有两间房，如果考虑夏天前来，请务必慎重?考虑清楚。这??种缺乏温度和同理心的服务态度，实在匪夷所思。
最后，房间设施设计亦有严重缺陷。浴室没有浴帘，导致整个洗手间地板湿滑，排水系统亦不佳，构成安全隐患。
总括而言，这间酒店空有表面新颖的装潢，但服务完全不到位，基本设施严重不足。我绝不推荐任何人入住。

Really great location to visit the panda centre to see fubao. I was lucky to get one of the "fubao" rooms with fubao everywhere. Really made my day. My only gripe was caused we booked the balcony room on ground floor, its right beside carpark and entrance to lobby. So on weekends, there are many people playing outside the room and extremely loud and noisy till almost midnight, hence those rooms not suitable for light sleeper. Bfast was good though and food options at hotel for lunch/dinner were decent.

If you’re planning to head to Shenshuping panda base, this accommodation is literally across it, saving u the long walk up/down the mountain.
Ground floor of the hotel, it’s the F&B area whereby 1 side serves mainly beverages & finger food & the other side sells local noodles. Take the stairs up to Level 2 to check-in.
Room wise, I’ve booked the queen bed & it’s on the 3rd floor. There’s no AC in the room as it’s very cooling / cold depending on which month of the year. Open up the window (it comes with a window net so no insects / bugs will invade the room) & in-room heater is available in case it gets too cold.
Also, There’s no elevator in the building so pls do not bring excessive / big luggage otherwise u might have to lug it up. I was there for 2 nights & housekeeping only empty the bin & replenish new hand towels, they did not tidied up the bed.
On my 1st evening, I experienced a short power outage & I texted the hotel via wechat & nobody responded (even until I’ve check-out). It’s unlike the usual response from a hotel, based on my past experiences in China.
My room does include daily breakfast whereby they usually serve local noodles (dry & soup options available), hard boiled eggs, soy milk & some local buns. The noodles are really good & they self made the noodles too.
In the afternoon till dinner time (during lull period, All F&B within the vicinity closes ard 7pm so eat early to avoid going hungry), the F&B serves finger food & a wider variety of noodles. Tap on the menu on the variety & prices. Food wise, it’s really good & the team that runs the F&B are very much passionate & friendly too.

The hotel location is super convenient and near to the Shenshuping Panda Base which just less than 5 mins walking distance from the hotel to the ticket entrance. This is the key reason why I chosen this hotel. The hotel room is within my expectation level except for the toilet design and room WIFI issue. The floor of the shower area can be too slippery and the non-shower area easy to get wet after shower. No room WIFI service to me for the first two days of my whole 4-night stay because I even cannot on the TV!But at least the hotel has solved this WIFI problem on the 3rd day after I kept complaining. Anyway, I am still a bit disappointed on this issue as it should be settled before my check-in which the hotel actually already aware on it. Another last improvement that I think the hotel should take into consideration is the lunch & dinner service provided to the hotel guests.

房间乾净亮堂，酒店前台非常热情，停车很方便，离神树坪熊猫基地过个小马路就到大门口，太方便了，看熊猫住这太合适了，酒店还提供早餐，太晚的话隔壁就能吃饭

地理位置优越，就在基地对面，看熊猫十分方便。
房间虽然没有空调，但是有暖风机和电热毯，不会冷。
早餐一般，但是新鲜炒出来的土豆丝和蛋炒饭非常好吃美味。

I booked this hotel as it is really near wolong panda reserve, and honestly is a godsend because the journey up the slopes are insane and I am kinda unfit ?? they were really hospitable and help with any request that I have put through. As I have a lot of luggage they had to help me carry up and down the stairs. Breakfast at the hotel was provided by lanxi hotel staff they were really nice and sweet people. The hotel food (tomato egg) was pretty good. Otherwise don’t have too much expectation and is still a pretty good home stay considering the proximity of the reserve. Hopefully they will do better in the future, as they said they will installing air conditioning soon it really does get pretty chilly, thank goodness for the blanket warmer. Water pressure is pretty good too and warms up pretty fast. I really appreciate the hotel staff and their hospitality. Will come back again ??
