  这次周末特种兵到了温州，入住威斯汀酒店，感觉环境真的超级棒。38层以上的住宿窗外环境超级美。工作人员的服务也很到位，我们入住时的房间有异味，反映后及时处理先是给了净化机，后没有改善还给升级换了房间，非常满意。最满意的事:事情发生后工作人员来到房间闻了一下，也是説确实有一些不是房间的味道，然后帮忙升级房间。首先确定共情了我们的情绪，我觉得这点很好。

  Very loud aircon at room. Facilities start to age. Breakfast is not best.

  Overall, it was value for money. Executive lounge could be improved in terms of food quality being served and the overall ambience and service. Westin Wenzhou offers the best bird eyes view over the city and has sunrise and sunset peeking through the mountains on a clear sunny day.

  Overall a good hotel, but slight improvement in management will help it become great. Long waiting time for checking in, the cleaning staff manages to come at the worst time, every time. 4 out of 5

  Just amazing…everything from Check inn to check out…Especially in the reception Mr Edison Qiu and Mr Rayson Yu.,so kind personality…Highly appreciated,One of the best Westin hotel so far.??????…the Dinner was just superb,very attentive staff everywhere ????

  The Westin Wenzhou is a good hotel and also good value. We were upgraded to an executive floor room but unfortunately smelt of smoke, otherwise very comfortable and good view. The buffet dinner and breakfast were excellent and I appreciated the personal attention maybe as the only laowai in residence!
