Helpful staff at check in. Room was average size. Comfortable bed,with fresh linen each day. The lady housekeeper kept the room clean durian my daily absence and wished me good morning with a smile each time I saw her. When I checked out she acknowledged me farewell with a wave and warm smile. Breakfast was mainly Chinese as expected in a Chinese hotel, but there was adequate Western style food on offer. All the food was fresh and hot. Overall a good experience with the added bonus of only a short walk to the Yellow Crane Pagoda and ferries across the Yangtze River.. I took advantage of the free Metro and Bus travel for senior citizens.

The location is close to subway and Yellow Crane Tower and the street foods. The room is clean and staff are friendly. The experience is very pleasant.

对于本次出游选的酒店非常满意，在酒店12楼吃早餐地方就可以看到黄鹤楼，管家乐乐提前就将酒店位置发我，并告诉我从机场如何乘坐地铁到达，还赠送了早餐，房间里的小饼干吃完了，孩子爱吃，又送了很多来。餐厅里的007阿姨服务也好，还有小云把我们的行李箱擦的很干净！谢谢你们，让我感觉武汉很好，你们都很温暖！

地理位置超赞，离黄鹤楼，户部巷，粮道街，江边码头都可以步行到达，还有自己的停车场！卫生很好哇，管家乐乐很温柔细心，推荐的湖北菜很好吃！走的时候安保部2号师傅很热情，还送了温的矿泉水，早起出发真的可以一天好心情！超棒，等回程的时候还要来住！12楼的观景餐厅拍黄鹤楼夜景也是一绝！

第一次来武汉体验真的太好啦！这次酒店选择真的很满意！服务很贴心！管家乐乐加了微信，经常询问需求，帮忙安排妥帖，卫生服务也很满意，小芳还帮忙清洁了行李箱，离店当天焦主任还安排了送站服务，帮忙搬运行李，全程服务真的太贴心啦！前台的服务 刘经理也特别有礼貌！诚意满满！如果再来玩我还会选择这里，也会给亲友推荐的！！
