房间有一股子霉味，早上吃早餐的餐厅没有热空调，必须穿羽绒服吃早饭，早饭给孩子加一个早餐要158元，根本不值得这个价格，冷的要命什么餐食拿到桌上两分钟就变冷了，怎么吃啊，这还五星级酒店，这么多年来第一次评价，这么贵这么差…

超级惊喜的一次入住体验！大堂经理服务细致周到，全程耐心接待，贴心又靠谱。冬日里大堂还贴心备好温热矿泉水，一杯下肚暖意十足，细节处尽显用心。餐厅早餐品类丰富、口感在线，现冲咖啡香醇适口，体验感绝佳。五台山万豪酒店真心值得推荐，下次来必定再次选择入住！房间的雪景超级美！

酒店服务很好，会在前几天电话通知注意事项。酒店早餐还是很丰盛的，很有当地特色。虽然很晚到店，但是服务人员还是很敬业的

The room was spacious for a small family of 3 people. The room came with a bath tub that my son enjoyed. The breakfast was great. Free take away coffee in the morning helped me stayed awake! You should have a rented car or self drive in order to access the hotel meaningfully.

房间设施有点旧了但还是宽敞舒适；酒店负一层水疗这个季节性价比很高，一天走完山回来泡池消解大部分疲惫，早餐也不错很丰富，有蒸大红枣山药，刀削麪等属地食品，早上拜佛回来早餐时间正好。天气冷了，大堂提供加热的瓶装水好评。
酒店位置离核心区略远，更适合自驾。

Checked in after the national day celebration, the beginning of October. It was not crowded and a lot of shops around the hotels were closed including restaurants. The room was comfortable and pretty quiet. Generous free unlimited water bottle supplies throughout the day. Cloth washing and cleaning was very expensive. Breakfast was served with huge variations, including local and western style.
Did not manage to visit the five peaks due to snow. The locals were very friendly, including taxi drivers. I was advised the best season to visit Wutaishan is May and June.

Overall, the hotel is nice and spacious. The minor drawback is that there is no lift but we travel pretty light so its still ok. However, we had a horrifying experience at the spa where the two massage therapists are very unprofessional. Not only are they not skillful (more like rubbing than massage) but they are chatting and playing with handphone during the session. The charges for the massage are at the rate of a tier 1 city but the service and skills we got are way below.

酒店在酒店在景区内停车方便。距离五台山景区中心太远。但不用二次进山，早餐可以环境挺好。硬件不错，可以再来。
