  12/12办理的入住，前台接待的是王豆豆，由于第二天楼上有施工并且我们是入住2晚，所以有赠送1天的早餐给到我们一行三人，这点表示很满意！ 但美中不足的是，订的是家庭房，可以入住四人，等到第二天早上起来洗漱的时候发现，洗漱用品是2人份的，有联系前台在另外提供1份，前台响应速度很快，第一时间让机器人送到房间，希望以后能在这个小细节上能更好的把控一下。

  酒店位置近南长街，很方便，房间乾净智能，重要的是服务非常好，第一天入住时前台小妹妹（忘了看工作牌）热情接待，就很温馨，第二天早餐后准备在无锡玩玩，谘询前台服务小陆更是细致入微，仔细介绍了无锡各个景点及其特色，还告诉具体路线和距离，就是活地图，大赞一个??她的笑容使我立即决定续住，傍晚游玩回来又见她笑容相迎，辛苦了～小陆

  酒店的装修风格现代主义 红黑配色 这种色调热烈典雅 房间布局很合理 床品很舒服 配置的挂耳咖啡和每日坚果都很在线 酒店的早餐也很精致 菜品可口符合我们的味蕾。尤其是前台小陈服务很热情 帮我们免费升级了房型 这种暖心服务让我们远道而来的住客感受到了家的温暖，点赞丽芮，它是一家有温度的好酒店。

  Check in was very smooth. Hotel staff miss Lu (小卢) was very friendly and helpful. Room is spacious and clean, bed is very comfortable! The whole family had a good night of sleep. Hotel also comes with a laundry room which is very useful for people doing road trips. Overall very good experience! Will recommend to friends

  酒店灯光照明设计很舒服 楼道也是很安静 出行特别方便 步行800米就能到南长街景区，而且在酒店内就能直接买到优惠价格的南长街景区船票，非常值得去！也同时感谢前台小卢每一次的精心服务，只要有合理要求她都能满足。太感谢了！让我们感受到了无锡之美和人文情怀。

  服务：和家里人来无锡玩定了这家酒店，由於高铁到的早，希望能提前入住，打电话告知可以，虽然後来直接去景点了，但感觉整体服务还是很不错，尤其胖虎。 环境：开业时间不长所以整体都还是很新，很不错 设施：除了浴室间那个水偶尔会有滴漏的声音，其他还可以

  We enjoyed stay at the hotel. ?It is clean, quiet with modern design. ?The services are excellent. ?The staff are very friendly, warm hearted and very helpful, especially Ms.Lu Jia at front desk, who gave us good suggestions on the places to visit, local food to eat and helped book e hailing cars. ?Breakfast is delicious with a lot of choices. ?The location is ideal with walking distance to historic old town. ?We will give it five stars and recommend this hotel.

  I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here with my family. The hotel offered: 1. Good value for money 2. Good location, was well located within walking distance to the historical centre 3. Friendly and helpful staff 4. A clean and comfortable room I would stay here again for my next trip to Wuxi.

  Hotel is a great location, close to airport, main railway station and Nanchang Ancient Street. Plenty of shops and restaurants within a short walking distance. Staff very friendly and helpful. Check in was quick and efficient. Rooms are modern and clean. Good bed and Aircon. Would definitely stay here again if visiting Wuxi.
