It was a great hotel. We stayed in a themed room, it is without a view. Kind of weird shaped but was good and served its purpose. The location is good and easy to get around. The air condition was not working so for hot sleepers it was a bit frustrating, other than that it was a good stay.
Would recommend for the location, service and breakfast was ok.

这次来无锡，还是选的我一直住的雅诗阁，依旧没有让我失望，品质与服务双双在线，唯一的缺点就是房间设施设备可能有点旧了，但是四五百的价格，能在无锡downtown住到这样景观的酒店，实在难得，酒店服务人员非常贴心，这点必须点赞，全程有耐心的给我讲解房间设施的使用，还专门喊了工程师傅帮我指导！

地里位置好，在无锡市中心出行方便但是停车场很老旧停车困难。槽点：1、备注了要高楼层房间，到了酒店安排的41层，但是客房是40-51层，这算高楼层？是否需要明确备注酒店客房的高楼层？2、41层走廊里充斥着一股火锅味，连住两天没有散过，只要一开房门味道就会窜到房间导致房间里也充满火锅味；3、入住的两天气温在20度左右，空调只开启了通风功能，没有制冷。在住过的雅诗阁里这家的体验是最差的。

这是我今年九月份以来第三次入住无锡雅诗阁酒店。无锡雅诗阁酒店坐落在无锡永久的市中心-崇安寺，雅诗阁大楼也是无锡市中心的标志性建筑。 我喜欢雅诗阁酒店不仅仅是它的优越的方便的位置，更在於在酒店房间里可以享受到的无敌的令人难忘的景观。 它极大的满足了我对家乡的思念，对家乡养育了我的锡山惠山和大运河的尽收眼底的渴望。 雅诗阁同时也是一个服务性公寓，在这里有洗衣机烘乾机，还有简易的厨房，给在外的旅行生活提供了方便。 雅诗阁还提供了丰富的早餐，不仅是菜肴的美味，更有餐厅各位服务人员极为热情亲切的服务。我这里发表部分的照片与大家分享，希望大家能够喜欢，也与我一样欣赏和赞美这家酒店。

This hotel offered a fantastic stay, with clean, comfortable rooms and friendly, efficient staff. The convenient location made exploring the city easy, and the on-site restaurant served delicious food with a wide variety of options. While the pillows were a bit too firm for my liking, the overall experience was wonderful, and I would definitely stay here again.

Super value for money hotel !
Big room with separate kitchen ( with washing machine ) and bedroom .
Top notch location .
However , if would be more appreciated if the receptionist and waitresses could use more smiles and greetings.

We liked the size of the Apartment, but especially the windows were very dirty from the inside. Lots of Fingerprints etc were there. The breakfast was okay, a Bit fatty and choice for a 5 Star Hotel somehow limited. The location is nearby the Centre metro station, Which was Perfect.

I have stayed 9 nights then an additional two nights in this service apartment. Located right in the middle of the CBD with easy access to the subway station. The view on the 41st floor was amazing.
The cooking facilities and washing machine made travelling easier.
My butler Phoebe was very attentive and always look after my needs. Will definitely stay again in this hotel when I am in Wuxi in the future.
P.S. There are not many hotels in Wuxi that have swimming pools. Ascott central has a nice indoor pool which I used every night. There is also a spa, a steam room and a sauna. Unfortunately the spa and the sauna were not functional during my stay.
